I have been using the services of Precision Garage Door for a number of years. This company always provides EXCELLENT customer service, from setting a same day appointment to the highly skilled technicians that are on the team. Today, my garage door would not work. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Andy, the technician, reached out to me to let me know that he was on the way. Andy was extremely friendly, professional, and put me at ease by explaining every detail of the work that was needed to get my door working again. Precision Garage Door is fortunate to have Andy on the team! Top quality products were used and fair prices. I never felt "up-solded" in any way. Andy was extremely patient with me with my questions the entire time. Thank you Andy!!

Great experience with precision overhead door today. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made good recommendations. And now I have awesome doors that will last probably longer than me! The list of items purchased in service was not allowing me to select more than just one, but there were several services and products that I purchased today. All worthwhile in my view.

Quick response to my request for repair, Tim took less than an hour to be on-site. Once on site he assessed the problem and provided four solutions. Selection made he stated a repair time of an hour. Time of repair was around 45 minutes. All items needed for the repair were on the truck. Total time from arrival to departure was 1.25 hours. Very satisfied.
