Alex arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok) and quickly assessed our needs. He ended up also doing a full renovation of the springs and rollers to enhance the performance and lifetime of the new opener. The garage was cleaner than when he arrived at the end of the process and he made sure I had fully set up all the peripheral devices and network connections. I could not have been more pleased with the results.

Evan rocks! One of our garage doors wouldn’t open. Evan came out the same day, troubleshot, and fixed the problem. He also tuned up both of our doors. They are working great. Definitely call these guys for your garage door needs.

Terrific experience with Precision Doors. Called for service at roughly 9:00 AM and my called was immediately answered by a representative. The technician called ahead and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Evan arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided several solutions. I was very pleased with the level on professionalism, knowledge, and customer service exhibited by Scotty Johnson. Unfortunately, our 21 year old garage door opener had failed completely and could not be repaired. Scotty was thorough in explaining options and helping me make informed decisions on replacements. He went out ofhis way to provide the best prices available and getting the new assemblies ordered. And kudos to Precision in that the new door is scheduled for installation just 2 work days later.

I called Precision Door Services after 5:00pm on Tuesday evening. They gave me an appointment time for next day on Wednesday. Richard McCann arrived Wednesday afternoon as planned. He evaluated my garage door problem and explained three options to fix our garage door. He was very polite and completely explained each option, I decided which option to take and he started to work right away. We reviewed everything he had done at the end of the project. Precision Door installed my garage doors years ago. When the spring broke yesterday, I called them and they scheduled a service appointment the next day. Andy arrived to replace the spring and was finished in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional and the entire experience was painless and efficient. Great company with wonderful employees!

The lady who scheduled my appointment with the technician early this morning was professional and friendly. Thomas called within the window of time she had given me to say he was enroute. He diagnosed my garage door problem immediately and resolved my minor issue. He answered my questions about maintenance, was courteous, professional, and was all done within approximately 3 hours of my call to the company. Greg Gray was my technician. He did a great job replacing the spring and rollers on my garage door. I had a new motor installed by precision door last year and he honored the estimate given to me at that time. He also fixed a short that was not allowing me to use the controller on the wall and fixed some trim on the outside that was loose. Thanks Greg! Good job!
