Andy and Alfredo were awesome. Dynamic duo in getting my garage door triaged and fixed all in the same day. Andy explained the different models, value and even helped me set up mobile App keys. Alfredo also went above and beyond by tightening some loose screws on my garage panel and lubricating the bolts. The old motor and parts were all removed from my property and the space was left clean just as it was before they arrived. Friendly and fast service.

I was surprised that someone could come out to fix my broken door so quickly, and over the weekend! Richard was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and explained everything really well including the different options available to fix my system. He resolved my problem and cleaned up his job site before reviewing with me through the work he did. Couldn't ask for anything more. Really pleased with the whole experience start to finish.

Had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service. They were immediately responsive when I called after 10:30PM on a Friday night, scheduling me for between 8 and 12 the next morning. By just after 8AM, John called to let me know he was on his way. John was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, explaining in clear language what was wrong, my options for repair, and how much it would all cost. He also patiently answered all my questions about repair and maintenance. By 10AM, the garage door was fixed, I could get my car out, I'd gotten my Saturday back, and I have a 3-year warranty on the work to boot.
