Andy and Alfredo were friendly, knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. They were in and out in under 2 hours for a complete install. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the service call fee tacked on even though I went forward with the fully recommended repairs.

I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the initial call to set the appointment mislead us on estimated pricing which was a quarter of the first quote. We have lived in our house for over 25 years. We decided to have our Garage door opener replaced. We called Precision Door, to install it. Scotty Johnson the technician did an amazing job. He explained the options to myself and my wife. Once we decided what we wanted, he had it installed in 1 hour. He should us how everything worked, and told us to call if we had any problems. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies. We would definitely recommend Precision Door.

My wall pad went out. I had an afternoon appt. Andy had an early opening so he called me. I was at work 20 minutes away, I said I would meet him there. By the time I got there he had already changed the wall pad out we just needed to set my code. Two minutes and I was on my way back to work . Excellent job Andy. Precision Door had not disappointed me yet. Great customer service. Knowledgeable people. Very professional.

We called Precision because the chain had pulled part of the bracket off the garage door. Alex replaced the old bracket with a much stronger one. No technician had suggested that before. The garage door opener is working well again. As a result we may get a few more years out of our old garage door.

Called at 230p and service tech arrived at 5p on the same day. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in minutes. That kind of service is standard for these folks. A few years ago I called at 9a and by 5pm that same day they had installed two new garage door openers. Great products, great folks.
