Garage door was making a lot of noice. The tecnician came on time and made some adjustments and replaced rollers. After a day, needed minor adjustment. Technician came back that same day and it is now very quiet.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors! My solid wood double door started having a huge crack of daylight and the metal brackets were starting to warp and fall off. Then the rollers started coming off. Michael came out and diagnosed the problem. He told me all the options to fix or replace the door and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I decided to go with repairing the door because I really like the solid wood. Michael kept me up to date on when the special parts would come in (my door required commercial grade springs). On the day of installation, Richard did a fantastic job installing everything and making the door look as good as new. He even programmed my car buttons to work with the new motor. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and really knew their craft. Highly recommend!

After a few days of the garage not opening we placed the call to Precision Garage Door. Our technician, Richard McCann arrived timely within the service window given by the office receptionist. He was professional, as well as personable. During his time with us; he accessed the problem, offered solutions and educated us on wear and tear associated with various types of garage doors. This includes, but not limited to: steel, wooden, vinyl, etc. We opted to replace the garage door opener and door springs. He did a fabulous job and completed the work in under an hour while entertaining all our questions. His service was Superior.!!!!

Predatory service technician, Devon, took advantage of my family while I was away. He charged my wife over $2000 for 2h of labor, new springs, rollers, cables, rollers, and (unnecessary) torsion rod for a two car garage door repair. How? By charging a "torsion rebuild package" with a flat price of $1999 on top of the service call charge. Well over 2x what any scrupulous company would have charged for the parts and labor. This company is waiting to take advantage of you.

I was really happy with the whole process with Precision. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, Thomas showed up on time and evaluated my doors while explaining everything he was examining and why. After his diagnosis, he walked me through different options without any pressure, answered all my questions, and had both up and running in under an hour. They sound like new! I would definitely use Precision again.

Initial issue was a broken spring for an older wooden door. D. Culver was the original technician who came and was fully prepared to change the spring. As we talked it made more sense to look at replacement versus new springs on a 30-year old door. There was zero pressure to replace the door, rather I came to that conclusion after evaluating options. Install day came earlier this week and I had J. Morales as the lead. Process could not have gone smoother and the entire changeout took maybe 2.5 hours. The new door looks great and had I realized it would be that simple of a process I would have probably replaced it years ago.

A predatory precision technician took advantage of my family while I was away. Charging my wife over $2k for new springs, bearings, cables, an unnecessary new rod, and 2 hours of labor. While I realize this review won't make the website, but perhaps someone with decency will care.
