Richard Sanchez came out to do a door repair for us and was excellent. Due to the age and type of spring we had, he highly recommended replacing the second one as that material is no longer used for a reason and the second one will likely fail soon. Great on time service

I was able to get a technician on the same day as I called for an appointment. The technician (Scotty Johnson), was the epitome of professionalism. He explained my problem, offered a choice of solutions and thoroughly explained what those solutions entailed as well as costs. He completed the work in his estimated time and did a superb job. He then explained what he had done and how to operate the equipment installed. He was a model for other service organization employees.

Precision Garage Door Company, who istalled two beautiful garage doors last year, and came out to my home promptly when I called to report that one door, having been giving me fits with opening and closing over a couple of weeks, suddenly through-off a piece attached to the metal framework. That’s when I called the company and they responded the next day. When does THAT ever happen?! Evan, the technician who arrived to put all back in order, quickly saw the problem and solved it, while teaching me a few things about the doors. He was excellant — personable, friendly and perservered to arrive in heavy rain, being stalled on the highway behind three traffic accidents. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and excellant response to someone as clueless about mechanical things as I am! Thank you, Evan and Precision Garage Doors!

Prompt arrival with advanced notice. Andy was great explaining my options and showing me where my door also needed work due to it's age. All products offered in a replacement of opener were shown to me with their prices and features. Andy is a great salesman; HAHAHA!! Work area was clean when he finished. My ONLY complaint is that the prices are high! Have'nt had to have this type of work done in a long time; wow, how things have gone up. Thank you for your prompt reply to needing an appointment, And yes, I would recommend your company!

I was very impressed with Richard Sanchez who did a great job in recommending several options for replacement of our 30-year-old garage door opener. He was very efficient in installing the new unit and in explaining how it works. I appreciated his patience in helping us get everything set up on our phone. It is now working great. He also spent time explaining to us how to perform regular maintenance. I would recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service.

I had been a repeat customer so called Precision to fix my broken door spring. The technician was pleasant but the pricing was very high. Had to pay $95 to say ‘no thanks’ to the quote and had work performed by another local company for 60% of the Precision quote (which included much larger springs and both bearings).

I would highly recommend Precision for any garage service. I was able to schedule an appointment last minute (next day) online, which was great! The tech, Evan Kopel arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through several options to replace my garage motor and rollers/hinges. We even discussed payment options without being pushy. Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Gary was the technician and he knocked it out of the park. Replaced a key panel that had seen better days, fine-tuned my motor so it’s running smooth and quiet, and gave me a few pro tips I genuinely appreciated (not the upsell kind, actual helpful advice). Fast, respectful, and knew his stuff. Felt like someone I’d call again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

We replaced our existing garage door about 2 years ago, using Precision. We were very satisfied with the results then and have not add any trouble until just a few days ago. Precision made an appointment for early the very next day, Andy, the technician arrived prompted at the scheduled time, listened to my explanation of the problem, and quickly made some minor adjustments that fixed the problem. He patiently explained what he did and why it should fix the problem. He waited while I walked through several tests to confirm things were now working properly. I am a very satisfied and happy customer.

We had a new garage door installed by Precision a few years ago. I am very pleased to say that it functioned perfectly. We had an incident where someone backed into the door causing damage and I called Precision. An individual named Evan came out the same day I called. There is no question that Evan was experienced. He did an absolute EXCEPTIONAL job and I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge.
