Called at 9 am and scheduled an appointment to reprogram a new remote for two garage doors for between 2 and 4 pm. At 10:45 Aaron Sweet called and stated he was in the area and could be at my house in 4 minutes. He arrived and programmed both garage doors, was paid and left my house by 11:02. Very please with this quick and professional service.

This my second glowing review of Precision Doors. Last time it was for diagnosing my problem and freeing my car that was trapped in my garage. Today my new garage door and opener were installed. Jonathon Morales did a wonderful job doing the installation by himself. His helper called in sick. The new door is so quiet! I highly recommend Precision.

Technician Evan Kopel arrived early, which worked out well for us. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgable. This is my second experience with Precision after we had a motor and belt drive installed in September 2021. The previous owner, prior to 2017 also used Precision. I knew nothing about your company but quickly needed your service. I called Precision and had Richard Sanchez was at my garage door in less than 30-minutes...NOT two-weeks from Wednesday like a lot of other service providers. Mr. Sanchez immediately identified my garage door opener problem and within minutes offered solutions, the dollar value of all parts/service that I requested was entirely left to me. He explained all parts/services very clearly - zero ambiguities. Within just minutes Mr. Sanchez was up a ladder disassembling the original [broken system] and installing the new system; if installing garage door systems was an Olympic event Mr. Sanchez would bring home the gold. He never scratched his head or made a phone call, just became a "blur" with the speed at which he operated, followed up with an instructional demo for my wife and I (even re-programmed out cars' visor mounted garage openers for the new system's frequency). From A to Z, Mr. Sanchez's depth-of-knowledge and professionalism were second to none. If you ever need garage door assistance I have four words for you: "Precision Garage Door Service." Was originally looking for a checkup on the garage system. 12 years and no real maintenance or issues. Aaron was outstanding. He provided detailed information on our system and where we could start to experience life span issues. He provided recommendations (opener, torsion conversion and a tuneup). We chose the torsion conversion and his work along with the upgraded parts have been a true changer on our garage operation. Hope to look forward to additional service as we look at possible opener(motor) replacement.

Precision was an option listed by Angi.com (Angi's List) and also came up as highly recommended via Google searches, so after checking out the website I selected them. Their communication process was outstanding the whole time. The tech was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He provided options and kept me updated throughout the process. He was able to very efficiently perform the repairs / maintenance (torsion springs, drums, cables, etc). I could not have asked for a better experience.
