This company always provides EXCELLENT customer service, from setting a same day appointment to the highly skilled technicians that are on the team. Today, my garage door would not work. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Andy, the technician, reached out to me to let me know that he was on the way. Andy was extremely friendly, professional, and put me at ease by explaining every detail of the work that was needed to get my door working again. Precision Garage Door is fortunate to have Andy on the team! Top quality products were used and fair prices. I never felt "up-solded" in any way. Great experience with precision overhead door today. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made good recommendations. And now I have awesome doors that will last probably longer than me!
