We have relied upon Precision Garage Door service for our garage door repairs for the past 27 years. They consistently do a top-notch job and that is the reason we choose them. We recently upgraded our vintage LiftMaster unit (27 plus years old) to a newer model, as well as installing a keypad and a Quiet Package for our garage door. Our experience began with Ashley on the phone to schedule a technician to come to our home. Ashley was able to schedule a technician to come the same day which was outstanding! Ryan came by and did an overall assessment of our garage door and recommended 2 options for us to consider. He finished the job in under 2 hours and we love the results! The bottom line is that our garage door noise has been dramatically reduced, we have an outdoor keypad, and the new LiftMaster unit has some really useful features built into it including being able to connect to MyQ app. Ryan also installed a new garage door switch which has a ton of functions on it versus our previous on/off switch. We found Ryan to be very knowledgeable and skilled with garage doors. He also took the time to explain all of the new features/utilities and even helped to program the new system to our car. Since we have lived in Cary, we have called on Precision Garage Doors 3 times and every time they have consistently done an excellent job. In our experience we have found them to be price competitive, professional, and they get the job done right. They are a company that we trust for taking care of our garage door needs. We highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Had my garage door replaced through Prevision and it was a really great experience. No one loves a large home repair but if the process of booking an appointment and getting the replacement can be as smooth as possible that's what you want. Super easy to book a next day appointment online and Easy to book the install appointment with the Technician (Tim - He was great).

Replaced my entire garage door system as the one original to my house finally decided it was time to call it quits. My initial consultation was fantastic. They answered all my questions, and there was absolutely no pressure to go with their company, nor were there any attempts to upsell me on anything.
