Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they had a tech Michael Ottoen here Monday morning. Michael was very knowledgeable of garage door parts and mechanics. He identified the problem and expalined options to fix the spring and replace other parts that would otherwise require replacement in the near future. Michael make the corrections and the door now functions as expected. IMichael was friendly and easy to discuss options. I recommend Presicsion to others based on this occurance.

Are old opener stopped working on Friday afternoon. Having seen many commercials on TV for Precision I called them and they were able to have a service tech here on Saturday. The old unit was unrepairable. The tech installed a new LiftMaster in less than 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable about the product and getting us setup with the phone app. His workmanship was very professional and neat. We are happy we called Precision.

I was having problems with my garage door not opening on a Saturday night; I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent a technician out to me Sunday morning. My technician, Richard, was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He walked me through what was wrong and my options to get my door operating again. He was able to replace what was needed on the spot and even assisted me in reprograming my vehicle garage door openers! I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family!

I prayed first and asked God to help me in the process of finding the right door company. Precision was the first of 3 selected. I had done some research and generally expected a certain price range. Their sales rep John was attentive to our needs of slightly odd size doors, checked with his supplier to make sure they could deliver, wrote an estimate on site which was very important to me. Called him after 2 days, he responded quickly, we wrote contract, paid deposit. In 2 more days we had email from Sophia, doors were ordered and scheduled install date. I confirmed with her the odd size which she replied in email. Doors arrived as scheduled. Luke and Edward were the installers. They were Precision employees. Their work was clean, precise and professional.

A big shout out to Thomas for a great job replacing our torsion spring and bearings. He has a good mix of technical and interpersonal skills. He was engaging and pleasant to work with. In the technical arena he is a good diagnostician which inspired confidence in his abilities. Overall, a great guy who deserves five stars plus if one can award more!

Richard McCann was our Precision rep and he was 100% friendly and professional. He worked around a last-minute work complication of mine, did an excellent job explaining the core problem we were facing, answered my questions directly and intelligently, and presented me with several options to get our repairs completed. Once we had a plan, he did all of the work quickly and efficiently. I had no unmet expectations at all, and assuming he's representative of Precision as a whole I couldn't recommend them more highly.
