Andy was so pleasant. He was knowledgeable, efficient and did the job well. This is the second time I've used Precision. Over a year ago, Jon Holbrook did an excellent job installing new hardware. This year, for routine maintenance, Andy proved to be yet another outstanding employee. Years ago, I used another garage company. The difference in training (skill, diagnostics and social ease) between these two companies was so apparent. I've been impressed by Precision and would recommend them to anyone.

Of all days, Mother's Day for my garage spring to break. I initially dreaded making a call to get any type of service on Mother's Day, but was so happy when Richard McCann was able to come out same day in such a short amount of time. Richard was quickly able to assess the area of concern, along with the full explanation of some solid options. Richard was a great listener extremely professional never pressuring me in any way. Richard answered all of my questions with such kindness and compassion. After deciding on a plan Richard was quick to get to work. This was my first experience contacting a company to service my garage and I am so relieved that I got Richard and you will feel the same way. Should I have a need in the future, Richard will be the only technician I request what an absolute gem thank you Richard PGDS is lucky to have you.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of their excellent reviews online! It was very easy to schedule an appt and describe the issues I was having. John Patton was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the problems and offered several solutions with pricing differences. Ended up needing new springs and also got new rollers. Discovered the motor was also burned out unfortunately for me. He explained everything in detail but let the final decision be mine which I respected. He was fast but very thorough! He was also patient with me when helping me download the “My Q” app and walked me through every step. Highly recommend him and this company! Top notch!!!!!

My garage door was broken and would not open. I schedule on-line at 10pm and the technician (Evan) arrived at 815am the next morning. The door was repaired and in 'new' operating condition by 1030am. Fantastic service! Thanks

Immediate appt. the next morning, totally positive experience. Aaron Sweet called first thing in the morning to confirm the appt. He evaluated the replacement situation and fixed the door quickly. He answered several of my questions and also stapled two wires to secure them in place. Overall was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Thanks!

The people at the company were polite, professional and answered my call promptly and send a staff member to my home the next day. The problem could not be fixed at the time - the garage door opener dates back to the 1990s - but I am scheduling a time for it. I did not use any advertising - it was a personal recommendation by a relative who had had good results from using Precision.

The Precision Garage Door technician, Tim McRae, was wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me understand the problem, the repair required, and the cost. He also showed me ways to maintain my garage door, which I frankly never noticed before. It was a positive experience and I appreciated his work and advice.

I had a garage door emergency on a Saturday. I called Precision Garage Door Service around noon, and they had someone out at 2pm. Richard fixed my issue, and while he was there he helped me review other items that needed attention, without any up-sale pressure. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took great care of my garage door. I have since had them come back out and upgrade some springs and 2 rusty cables that would have snapped soon if Richard had not identified those issues for me. I will be using Precision Garage Door Service going forward. And no, I was not paid or asked to do this review. I am in Wake Forest NC.

When the spring broke, my first thought was to call Precision. The ads on TV were helpful. I called Saturday morning at 9:37 and got an appointment for 1:00-2:00 which was much appreciated. Arrived on time and completed quickly completed repairs. Evan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what needed to be done to replace the springs, pricing, etc., and then made the repairs.

Ask the customer what manufacturer of the door is before dispatching a tech. $100 to be told they don’t work on that should have been free.

Scotty was super knowledgeable and gave us some great advice about our garage door. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need, but rather told me a few things I could do myself to keep the garage door working for several more years. His goal was to help us, not to make the most money possible, and I greatly appreciated this. I will definitely call these folks for whatever other garage door needs I have.

Had a torsion spring snap on 16' door making it inoperable. I called Precision late pm, within minutes I had an appointment for the next day. Garrett, the technician showed up to our home, accessed the issue, came up with multiple quotes based on our needs. He then started process, took old springs off, put new HD ones on. He added in new end and center bearing assemblies, and also replaced all of the rollers with HD metal/nylon rollers with built in bearings. Less than 2 hours from start to finish. Great job, Garrett was very knowledgeable,, efficient service. I'm very happy. Would highly recommend Precision for future referrals.

Completely satisfied with repair and service done on our garage doors. Had an inoperable door, Precision came out same day, diagnosed the problem and returned the next day with all the parts to resolve. Our tech, John Patton, was thorough, explained everything, repaired and tuned up the door and another one as well, and was efficient, effective and a pleasure to deal with.
