The technician was on time and completed the installation in a reasonable time. I did not expect the price point of replacing a garage door to be expensive. The technician cleaned the work space and lubricated all my hinges and shared what he thought may need replacing or repairing some time in the future. I would recommend the company increase the veteran discount to 10% vices 5% given that is what seems to be the standard for most commercial establishments. Overall it seems they do quality work and are honest about the repairs required. I will use them again just based on their integrity and quality work.

While my neighbor was away on vacation their garage door broke. They gave me permission to contact Precision door to come out and check the status of the door and to replace if necessary. I contacted them and the customer service was phenominal. The service technician was great and explained step by step was was required. I had a technician come in March, 2026 and was told the rollers needed to be replaced in my 10 year old garage door. It was “dragging” and making quite a bit of noise. Cost me $600. Just last week, July 3, 2026 it started jamming and it took several times using remote or panel to get the door to close. On July 7, 2026, a different technician came out and said the track was the problem. This time it cost me $260. I am not pleased at all because I am a widow and feel I was taken advantage of.

Unfortunately we cannot leave a positive review since we needed to cancel our service 12 hours later and were told that our deposit would be kept. The springs were claimed to be custom made (however we have since discovered that they were standard)

From start to finish the process took less than an hour. He made sure all of my openers were working and gave me his card to reach out with any questions. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. I spent over $850 with another company earlier this year who put in the wrong components for my door, which ultimately caused the door to quit working. My rating is a 5.0 for the service and does not reflect the product. My technician Evan, was knowledgable, professional, on time and always responded quickly to my questions after the service call. He had to "rebuild" my door--new springs, pulleys, rollers and a new door motor. The problem is with the new LiftMaster motor. It has a camera that is supposed to provide live video and it only provides a snap shot each time you open the app. After 30 minutes on the phone with tech support, he was unable to get it working and tech support indicated they would do some additional trouble shooting and contact me the following day. That never happened and the camera still does not provide the video feed. Credit to Evan and the Precision for refunding a portion of the cost of the motor.

Torsion spring broke….. on the 4th of July! Thought that my garage was going to be out of commission for the entire holiday. Requested a quote from Precision, and to my surprise was told they could have someone at my house that afternoon. John the tech that arrived at my home walked me through the options and once I decided on what I needed. He started his work, and my garage was back up and running better than it ever has! Would highly recommend this business!
