Great fast service but pricing was high. We got 2 springs replaced for over $900 it might have been cheaper to get an entire new garage door opener.

After my springs broke on a Friday afternoon at 4 o’clock, their customer service representative answered the phone immediately and suggested a repair time within an hour. That did not work for me, but I was amazed at how fast they could assist. She scheduled Andy to come out the following day, he arrived promptly and was very professional and thorough! Andy explained the problem and suggested additional options. There was no pressure either way. I could not believe how fast the repair was done. I am very thankful for this service!

One of best company’s and customer service departments we have dealt with since moving to NC in 2017. Service technicians were on time, very respectful and answered whatever questions we had. Contact with the company is easy and responses are extremely quick. We had some noise from the new door after a couple of months, contacted the company and they sent a technician out within a couple of days. He readjusted the tracks on the door and it was covered under warranty. I highly recommend this company for any garage door repair or installation you need.

Fast service (called @ 11, tech here by 1 PM). Knowledgeable tech, Brandon Mills, diagnosed the problem with the garage door opener, and quickly fixed the problem by installing a new (warranty covered!) garage opener. Brandon also helped program the remotes and the system on the phone app. Excellent service, plus Brandon was a pleasure to meet and to work with. We always call Precision when any problems happen with our garage doors!

Needed a fix, a wire snapped and lo and behold they want to replace everything. New in the Holly Springs market. Fix it and you have a customer for life, try and upsell when completely unnecessary and you lose a customer for life! $75 to hear a pitch. Hopeless. Then I fixed it myself with two small parts and 15 minutes!
