John was great and took the time to really evaluate our door, he was the only one who noticed our door opening wasn't exactly 7' and recommended a custom cut door so the panels didn't look off. It was a great recommendation. Lucas installed the door for us and was amazing! Incredible attention to detail and didn't leave until our door was absolutely perfect. This past weekend was in the teens in Raleigh but our car parked in the garage consistently stayed at 58. A well fitted door makes a big difference!

Our door broke Sunday night, they were able to come out Monday right at noon to fix it. Evan Kopel did a fantastic job of letting us know what our options were and he did a great job fixing the door at a reasonable price. I will use them when we get new doors and new door openers. Hopefully I will get Evan next time too.

Michael diagnosed the garage door opener problem. He replaced the the the motor, safety unit, center rail, adjusted tension of the springs, programmed the remotes. He did not leave until he made sure that I knew how to program my smartphone to open/close the door. I was very pleased with this this repair.

I am a person who sincerely appreciates good service , which nowadays, seems to be extremely rare. I can tell you that when my garage door stopped working on Friday I was not happy thinking "What a way to start the weekend." I called Precision after a recommendation from my neighbor about an hour after it stopped working. They scheduled me for next day and I am happy to say everything my neighbor said was true. They were professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Saturday morning Richard M. called me and let me know he was on his way and when he arrived he took the care of the problem getting my door fixed before Noon. He took time to show me what was wrong with my old door spring and told me how to maintain my new one. I am USAF veteran and they do have discount for us. These guys are legit and I am glad to have called them. I really appreciate the service.
