Brandon Mills from the Morrisville, NC Precision location is such a professional! He came to my home expeditiously prior to the scheduled time because he understood my concern for my safety, our home, and that I had a drastic emergency. My garage door was open with error messages for over eight hours without me knowing until my neighbor alerted me of their concern. Brandon Mills was so reassuring and helped to deescalate my fears such that I was able to, listen to all of his feedback and instructions as he fixed our garage issue. I don't know what I would have done if I did not have Brandon Mills as the technician who came to my house. I really appreciate him and believe that he has a platinum star in my book for his great service, attentiveness, and ability to be understanding for his customers. They were super responsive, got a technician out there very quickly. They got the job done super quickly as well. The technician was very knowledgeable and replaced two springs within an hour. They are expensive, and the tech was pretty condescending.

I was so happy about this especially since my neighbor, who called a different company, said she had to wait almost a week for the other company to fix her door. I called Precision on a Saturday morning because I was having an issue with a garage door. The time window for a technician to arrive was a few hours long that afternoon. Throughout the day I received updates from the technician who was Greg Gray. He was extremely helpful in keeping me posted on his status for the day and expected arrival time so I could plan my day without wondering when he would arrive. That's not something all companies do. Greg assessed my garage door issue and walked me through what he saw and what needed to be done. Everything was done in a timely manner and I wouldn't hesitate to call precision again, and even ask for the same tech. Thanks for getting me out of a pinch this weekend!
