Our garage door motor burned up yesterday. I called Precision and they sent Andy Maynard this morning. He presented us with 3 options and we chose the middle option. Andy didn’t try to upsell us and he did a phenomenal job installing the new motor and gave us a great tutorial. I would highly recommend Andy and Precision Garage Door. They were very fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The young man that installed the garage door did an amazing install and very customer friendly. We have an issue with the door not closing on Sunday. We had to keep pressing the closer 3 different times to get it down. We are going to have this fixed, but I did like the installer. Thank you, Cynthia Meekins

I had a Precision Garage door for years. I am now buying my second door. I have dogs and I am constantly opening and closing the garage door. The Precision Garage door has never failed. I also like the quick service for maintenance of the door and the great and overly friendly technicians. I will not buy from any other company.

I read most of your reviews! There were so many great comments! Richard, my technician explain the cheapest way I could correct my problem, for a short period of time. He then explained what I could do for a long term solution and the cost of each! He used a coupon and gave me a discount, senior citizen. The work was completed in about one hour to my satisfaction! He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with!

His explanations were clear and demonstrated an excellent understanding of the work to be performed. Chris also provided several home-owner maintenance tips. I booked an appointment on-line. Our garage door “snapped” and fell. Michael Ottosen came on time, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and was incredibly helpful. The immediate problem was a simple fix, but he helped us decide to replace the doors with more reliable hardware and better insulation. The doors we had were contractor grade, noisy and were near the end of their working life. Great experience. Installation yet to come, but very pleased with everything so far. Definitely recommend.

Brandon Mills from the Morrisville, NC Precision location is such a professional! He came to my home expeditiously prior to the scheduled time because he understood my concern for my safety, our home, and that I had a drastic emergency. My garage door was open with error messages for over eight hours without me knowing until my neighbor alerted me of their concern. Brandon Mills was so reassuring and helped to deescalate my fears such that I was able to, listen to all of his feedback and instructions as he fixed our garage issue. I don't know what I would have done if I did not have Brandon Mills as the technician who came to my house. I really appreciate him and believe that he has a platinum star in my book for his great service, attentiveness, and ability to be understanding for his customers. If anything, I want to ensure that other customers, and the leadership team at Precision know that I want to continue business with your company as our dealer, and I appreciate all that you do to find excellent staff members like Brandon. Precision repaired my garage door. They were able to fit me in on the same day I called. I was so happy about this especially since my neighbor, who called a different company, said she had to wait almost a week for the other company to fix her door. I recently purchased a home, and realized the garage door was not opening. I reached out to Precision Door, and was offered a same day appt, (which I was not able to take), they were able schedule me out a few days which fit my schedule, and the tech Andy was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, immediately knew why the issue was, had the parts readily available on his truck for repair, and was able to explain everything to me, so that I understood what needed to happen and why it should not remain in that condition.
