After choosing the desired repair, Andy immediately set to work. The repairs were completely within 60-75 minutes. Andy cleaned everything from the repair work and left a clean garage. Our garage door stopped working late Saturday and I called not expecting anyone to answer. I was surprised but I explained the problem and got an appointment for Monday morning. I'm in a motorized wheelchair and I need the garage door to work otherwise I can't get outside. The technician arrived on time and replaced the springs and rollers in 2 hours. I heartily recommend Precision Door.

I choose Precision because of past experience. They are reliable and always provide courteous service. We have been a customer for almost 20 years now. Our technician Greg was excellent. He explained the various options and packages for repairing the door problem. Greg also recommended a surge protector, which I thought was ideal given the number of storms and power outages.
