Monday night a spring broke on our garage door. We called Precision Garage Door because we used them before(actually, several years ago because they did such a great job everything worked great for a long time.) They were able to come out this morning and repair the spring and all is fine now. We want to thank the staff at Precision and especially Andy Maynard who was most efficient and thorough. All is well and we recommend Precision Garage Door very highly .

John P. Came out today to look at our garage door that was unable to open. He took the time to explain what he saw initially and what he would do to examine everything. Once he was able to make the repairs he explained to me the options. I did not feel that he was trying to upsell me, but rather that he was genuinely giving me options for how best to move forward. I very much appreciate the time and work that was done and that he was able to get the system running again. We will definitely use this company and request John P again. I did also appreciate that I was able to book a next day appointment online without needing to do without needing to do back-and-forth phone calls or emails.

The guy who arrived didn't have the software for pricing a 20 foot door. Now almost 24 hours later I don't have a quote and no one has bothered to contact me. I think that they may have more business than they can handle.

Service was prompt and quality of work was satisfactory but felt I overpaid. If you have the time in a non urgent situation, would definitely recommend getting other quotes from companies that don't charge a fee for estimates (and there are many). Precision currently charges $95 for the service call that is waived if you go ahead with an estimated service over $250. This puts you behind the eight ball to start if you want to go elsewhere. I gave them a try given their advertising but won't make that mistake again. I should have read their 2-3 star reviews that had other customers feeling they overpaid as well.

Thank you Precision for the prompt visit and communication. Your service guy was very professional and easy to understand. After 9 years, my garage door busted....I needed new springs, coils, and basically all new parts except the motor. They did a fabulous job. It runs more smoothly. I felt like it was expensive and I didn't get a chance to compare prices but I'm happy with the service and the fact that there is a 5 year warranty with it is superb. Thanks again.
