I can't believe how quick that process was. Great price. Great service. I'm so happy. You can't find customer service like this today. My technician, Richard Sanchez, had a plethora of knowledge that allowed me to make the right choice for my garage. His installation was effective and efficient. We were very pleased with Richard Sanchez’s help today. He arrived early (which we like), listened well to our needs, explained his initial observations, and, without us feeling any pressure, he explained a range of options, the what and the why, in order of urgency. He was careful with his work, and seemed proud and confident about the result. We were very pleased.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the product and service I received from Precision Garage Door Service and their service technician Richard McCann. My garage door opener was noisy and becoming unreliable. There were features like an outside keypad, which I had in my previous home that I didn’t have in my current home. I asked for someone to provide a quote and an appointment was scheduled within a week. Mr. McCann arrived on time, assessed the options, presented the options to me clearly and professionally. I agreed with his assessment and thought the price was reasonable. He offered to do the work immediately, and in 45 minutes I had a new quiet, reliable garage door opener. He even programmed the remote buttons in my car. When the time comes for me to replace the door, I will look no further than Precision Garage Door Service.

I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. They were able to schedule a next-day appointment, and the technician, Andy Maynard, was able to come earlier than expected. He was courteous and efficient, and clearly explained the issue with my garage door. The repair was done quickly. He replaced two broken springs, drums and cables and all the rollers. He did a full inspection to make sure everything else was working properly. I appreciated the transparency in pricing—no surprise fees—and the work came with a warranty for peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend Precision Door if you're looking for reliable, fast, and professional garage door repair. They made what could have been a stressful situation totally hassle-free.

I had precision come give me an estimate on a issue with my garage door. The salesman/repair man came to my house. Very polite and friendly gentleman. He told me that needed a new spring for my garage door and he quoted me $1600 for the repair. Unfortunately I found the price a little high, I called another company and got the repair done for $400.

The installer did an excellent job of installing new door springs. He was very informative about what he had to do to install the new materials, and explained that the ones on the door were no longer sold......he was amazed that they were 26 years old with no problems. I ended up having him install my other door while he was doing the job......great guy......I really like how you sent out an early text message with his name and picture. Richard Sanchez came out to do a door repair for us and was excellent. Due to the age and type of spring we had, he highly recommended replacing the second one as that material is no longer used for a reason and the second one will likely fail soon. Great on time service

I was able to get a technician on the same day as I called for an appointment. The technician (Scotty Johnson), was the epitome of professionalism. He explained my problem, offered a choice of solutions and thoroughly explained what those solutions entailed as well as costs. He completed the work in his estimated time and did a superb job. He then explained what he had done and how to operate the equipment installed. He was a model for other service organization employees.

Precision Garage Door Company, who istalled two beautiful garage doors last year, and came out to my home promptly when I called to report that one door, having been giving me fits with opening and closing over a couple of weeks, suddenly through-off a piece attached to the metal framework. That’s when I called the company and they responded the next day. When does THAT ever happen?! Evan, the technician who arrived to put all back in order, quickly saw the problem and solved it, while teaching me a few things about the doors. He was excellant — personable, friendly and perservered to arrive in heavy rain, being stalled on the highway behind three traffic accidents. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and excellant response to someone as clueless about mechanical things as I am! Thank you, Evan and Precision Garage Doors!

Prompt arrival with advanced notice. Andy was great explaining my options and showing me where my door also needed work due to it's age. All products offered in a replacement of opener were shown to me with their prices and features. Andy is a great salesman; HAHAHA!! Work area was clean when he finished. My ONLY complaint is that the prices are high! Have'nt had to have this type of work done in a long time; wow, how things have gone up.
