Our garage was doors have experienced only minor problems during this time but Precision has always responded quickly and made needed repairs efficiently and cost effectively. We lost power during tropical storm Chantal and had to disengage our garage door's motor mechanism so that we could manually open and shut the door until power was restored. However, we were unable to reattach the link once power came on in a way that fully closed the door, even after 2 hours of my own efforts. Precision's efficient telephone responder set up a quick appointment the day after we called, and Precision kept us updated on the approaching appointment until technician Richard McCann arrived, on time. Richard listened to our problem, quickly diagnosed the problem, carefully adjusted our garage door closing mechanism to restore it fully, and assured me my efforts were not unreasonably dumb. He also checked the whole system for any unperceived problems, all at no additional cost. Richard was smart, personable, and very well trained. We are completely satisfied and will happily call Precision with any future garage door needs.

You know that sinking feeling—you pull into the driveway after a long day, hit the garage door opener, and… nothing. Just silence and disappointment. That was my Tuesday night. I first called the company listed on the opener unit, thinking, "They’ll know what to do!" Instead, I was told I needed to troubleshoot the issue myself, snap some pictures, and maybe—just maybe—they’d send someone out (eventually). Oh, and by the way, their vans don't carry all the parts. Not exactly the help I was hoping for. So I called Precision. Total game-changer. Not only did they say they could have someone out that same day between 4 and 8 PM, but the technician, Andy Maynard, actually arrived early—at 3 PM! He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained my options (with zero pressure or pushy upsells), and had the new part installed in no time. By that evening, my garage door was back in action and my car was happily tucked into its cozy little parking spot like nothing ever happened. Friendly, fast, professional—and honestly, a relief after the earlier runaround. Huge thanks to Andy and the Precision team. Would absolutely call them again!
