I called on Monday and scheduled a repair needed. It was easy and simple to get an appointment. Day of appointment Ricky arrived as promised and accessed the issue and told me the repair cost upfront and once I agreed he got started and did repair and checked all joints and bolts as well. In 30 minutes my door was repaired and in great working order again. Ricky was professional , polite and a pleasure to have as a technician. He walked me through how to keep maintaining door and joints. Could not have asked for for a better experience.

I scheduled a consultation to see if my garage door could be modified to increase the amount of overhead clearance space available. Page and Greg were the representatives who I met with. They asked about my needs, took measurements and brainstormed different solutions to my issue. Ultimately they informed me of a very simple fix of how my garage motor could be adjusted and they offered to make the adjustment for me on the spot free of charge. Their graciousness saved me a lot of headache and time on YouTube University trying to learn how to do it myself. My garage door meets my needs now but if I ever have another issue I will definitely be hiring them. Thanks so much Greg and Page for your A+ customer service.

Appointment setup was easy but deceiving. I was NOT told that there was a service fee of $100 at the time of booking, not during the confirmation. Evan, the guy who came out, was very personable and efficient. He was also very informative and gave me a card to ask for him if I had any more issues, concerns or installation needs.
