I recently purchased a home, and realized the garage door was not opening. I reached out to Precision Door, and was offered a same day appt, (which I was not able to take), they were able schedule me out a few days which fit my schedule, and the tech Andy was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, immediately knew why the issue was, had the parts readily available on his truck for repair, and was able to explain everything to me, so that I understood what needed to happen and why it should not remain in that condition.

Our garage door motor burned up yesterday. I called Precision and they sent Andy Maynard this morning. He presented us with 3 options and we chose the middle option. Andy didn’t try to upsell us and he did a phenomenal job installing the new motor and gave us a great tutorial. I would highly recommend Andy and Precision Garage Door. They were very fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The young man that installed the garage door did an amazing install and very customer friendly. We have an issue with the door not closing on Sunday. I had a Precision Garage door for years. I am now buying my second door. I have dogs and I am constantly opening and closing the garage door. The Precision Garage door has never failed. I read most of your reviews! There were so many great comments! Richard, my technician explain the cheapest way I could correct my problem, for a short period of time. He then explained what I could do for a long term solution and the cost of each! He used a coupon and gave me a discount, senior citizen. The work was completed in about one hour to my satisfaction! He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with!

I booked an appointment on-line. Our garage door “snapped” and fell. Michael Ottosen came on time, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and was incredibly helpful. The immediate problem was a simple fix, but he helped us decide to replace the doors with more reliable hardware and better insulation. The doors we had were contractor grade, noisy and were near the end of their working life. Great experience. Installation yet to come, but very pleased with everything so far. Definitely recommend.
