The response time and quality of service from Precision is very consistent and dependable. I have had to use their services three times over the last 10 years, and each time they arrived within 24 hours, explained the problem in a meaningful manner, and provided immediate service at a fair cost. It would have been nice if my house was built to a higher standard of quality. However, it is good to know that the repairs Precision provides will last much longer than the original build, such as upgrading to 2 springs from 1 for a double garage door thus preventing premature breakage. I definitely recommend them for service.

It is rare to have a problem with our LiftMaster garage door, installed by Precision Door Service, but when one of those occasions occur there is no problem getting a prompt repair. When the external key pad failed, Richard McCann arrived the day after I called the office. He was knowledgeable, diagnosed and repaired the problem, plus adjusted the door to prevent wear. I thought the price was very fair. We definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

Thank you for a great service experience! Garage door spring broke late yesterday afternoon so we reached out to Precision. Greg was here first thing this morning, assessed our situation and then explained exactly what was wrong and gave me 3 excellent options for repair. After the repair Greg took the time to review the work he did, the parts replaced, never once did he rush through the explanations or work - made me feel like we were his priority and was completely focused on us...I know he probably has a heavy workload and more stops to make but I couldn't tell it by his demeanor and attention to details. We will only use Precision Door in the future!

Andy was absolutely awesome! He came in and looked at the door and was able to tell us what was wrong immediately. Unfortunately our garage door opener was also shot due to the spring breaking. He was able to replace it, the spring on our door and the cables in about an hour! I highly recommend Precision Door!!!
