The technician was efficient and friendly, arriving at our house within a couple of hours of me phoning. The job was done well and in good time Some extras items were recommended which I went ahead with but you never know if it’s really needed. I do feel the price charged was super expensive, a rebuild on the double garage door with spring replacement plus spring replacement on our single garage door was $1500. It does come with a 7 year guarantee and the springs are good quality so we should be good to go for many years. Even so if I had time I would have definitely shopped around.

We do encourage customers when shopping around, to make sure they compare the quality of parts and warranty given so it matches what we offer our customers. Our parts are heavy duty, high cycle parts and we stand behind them and typically provide a long warranty. Other companies that are cheaper don't offer the same as we do, so while it is more budget friendly, you might end up needing more service sooner than expected. At the time the technician reviewed the quote with you, we would have loved to have heard your concerns so we could have possibly worked on the pricing if it was available. We do look forward to working with you again in the future if the need arises, but hopefully you will not run into any issues anytime soon. We appreciate you being our customer and we're always here when you need us.
