I had a broken spring and took a chance and called them last week. Josh was my tech and he was great. Knowledgeable, experienced and patient as i made my decision on the overhaul instead of just changing the broken spring. Took me a minute because of the cost but i went with it since all the parts came with a lifetime warranty. When he was done which did not take him long he lubricated everything, and cleaned up like he was never here. He even taught me a few things about my opener. Totally would recommend them and when my motor goes i know who i will be calling.

I called at 11:00 a.m., chose a 2:00-4:00 service time, and by 1:00, the technician, Scott, was at my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Spring broke but it was under warranty as well as the manual rope handle. Scott Lowder the Technician repaired both and all I had to pay was the service charge and I even had a coupon to help with that. I discovered my garage door wouldn't go down at 6:00 in the evening, called Precision from a recommendation on Angie's List, and was completely and totally satisfied. Kenneth the technician was incredibly nice and wonderfully helpful. He came out earlier than the window initially quoted, diagnosed the problem (one of the obstacle detector "eyes" had malfunctioned), replaced the affected parts, and was on his way by 8:00. The next time I need anything related to my garage door I will be sure to call Precision!

Got home today and put the car in the garage and the header spring broke. Of course I didn't realize this until the next time I went to open the door, which was after 3 in the afternoon. Called Precision Door and got an appointment for the same day! Cliff got here at 7, an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment, and not only was able to get the garage door open, but did a complete overhaul on my door and was up and running in less than an hour. Awesome!!! Love this company!

Have had two problems with my garage door and both times Precision has done a great job solving the problem quickly and economically. The most recent incident was when our door bell and garage door stopped working all of a sudden and rather than just jumping on replacing our garage door opener, the servicer figured out that the problem was a newly installed wireless door bell at a neighbor's house that was blocking our frequency. Great experience.
