Richard McCann was the technician that came to the house next day and right on time. I described the problem to him and he knew exactly what the problem was (broken spring). He provided several different options to complete the repair and was ready to complete the job the same day. Richard was very professional and transparent about what needed to be done and explained the multiple options in great detail. I contacted Precision Garage Doors in Raleigh when one of my garage doors suddenly stopped working. The phone support I received in making an appointment was very professional. Boah Craven was the repair person sent to my job. He arrived within the time frame scheduled for me. He diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the garage door on the spot as the30 year old motherboard had died. He was great- he explained all the features of the new garage door to me very thoroughly and answered all my questions. It got very late, but the late hour did not impact the amazing service Boah gave me. I can’t thank Boah enough for the expert and progessional service he provided me!!!!
