We have enjoyed our Precision-installed garage door since 2017. It continues to work as well as the day we bought it. Unfortunately, the key pad has not fared as well and succumbed to the corrosive effects of NC weather! Precision sent Timothy M. to our rescue the day after I called. He was efficient, friendly, and patient as he repaired the pad and inspected the door. Great service!

I saw online your company and chose it due to the reviews and ratings and the number of g years in business. Brandon Mills arrived at the house as a scheduled. He did the numerous points g inspection, told me what's in need of replacement and gave me the costs. He did everything that was needed in less than two hours. The garage door works perfectly.

Chris did an amazing job. He came quickly on short notice and replaced both garage motors after electrical storm destroyed my old ones. He was skilled and proficient. He taught me garage maintenance tips. The new motors are even better than the old ones with more features.
