The door I ordered had MoonLite inserts. The door I received did not. The installer, who did a great job, called the office and was told that the door that fits my door opening does not come with the Moonlite inserts. I waited 2 months ( + -) for the door. It would have been nice if I was told this before my order was placed. They me a 200.00 break on the cost, but I would rather have the Moonlite inserts.

Precision is the best. Andy Maynard did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and making recommendations of what he could do. I am very happy with the outcome. Called Precision at 7:00pm for a broken spring on our double garage. They had someone at my house before 8:00pm. Andy Maynard was the Technician that came and he was unbelievably quick, and so efficient! After realizing how old my current door opener was, I decided on a new one and Andy had it installed in no time. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. So glad I called Precision!

I called Precision as they were on a list of service providers prepared by my community. My garage door spring had broken. When I first called, I was assisted by a very courteous person who surprisingly stated she could have a service person at my home within just a few hours. From the call I received until leaving after completing the service, Mike Grove was professional and efficient. He immediately diagnosed the problem and clearly explained my options. After I selected my repair approach, Mike went to work and completed the service in less time than initially estimated without any attempt to upsell me. Throughout he was extremely polite and concluded by thoroughly cleaning up any trash. Finally, he assisted with all the technical set up assuring all was working before leaving. I will certainly go back to Precision if I need garage door service in the future and recommend them to others.

Very professional. Company provided constant updates as to the arrival date of my garage door. The installer was great. He explained everything regarding the door and the equipment. He paid attention to every single detail. He was so kind and so professional. He even moved so items out of his work path that were too heavy for me to move. Before he left, he wiped the door down removing all fingerprints, leaving everything spotless.
