Spring broke on a Saturday with no way to get vehicles out of the garage. Called Precision after calling my normal garage door company (which was closed). I was given an appointment with a 11 to 3 window. Precision stayed in touch and John Patton was dispatched to our home. He arrived on time and was a joy to work with. He upgraded the springs, put in new cables and new spring anchor plate and tuned up the mechanics. John was professional and answered all my questions.

We were so impressed with the professionalism and technical knowledge of Chris C. from Precision Garage Door service. Our garage door springs broke and our cars were trapped inside. Needing to go to work the following day, Chris came out the same day and diagnosed the problem as well as helped us get our cars out. He returned the next day with the parts and we had a working garage door within an hour. If we have door problems in the future, we will definitely use Precision again, as well as recommend them to everyone we know! Thank you!

Aaron provided quick and quality service. My garage door has had no issues for 17 years which is astonishing but it stopped working a few days ago. Aaron explained what needed to be done and explained why. It needed rollers, springs, safety cables and pulley cables. He is very professional and finished in a timely manner.

Luke was excellent! Explained what was broken and that it was fixable that day. The spring had broken in my garage door and I was trapped! Couldn’t get my car out of the garage. I ended up getting an overhaul on both doors (>20 years old). It was completed in a timely manner. Very professional and so very pleasant.
