The technician (Andy Maynard) was AMAZING. He went above and beyond working with me while I was at work to repair my door. He listen to everything I explained to make sure the repair was completed correctly and to save me money. At first he told me that both springs needed to be replaced $800 and then figured out that the cable/chain jumped the track and only needed adjusted. Thank goodness. Andy was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Andy was absolutely awesome! He came in and looked at the door and was able to tell us what was wrong immediately. Unfortunately our garage door opener was also shot due to the spring breaking. He was able to replace it, the spring on our door and the cables in about an hour! I highly recommend Precision Door!!!

My garage door wouldn’t open. I called the company Friday night, they arrived promptly 8 am Saturday morning .Richard McCann was absolutely wonderful. No pressure- analyzed my issue- gave me several options- and straight forward advise on how to proceed. He did quick efficient work and explained how to use all my new equipment thoroughly. Can’t say enough positive things about this young man, SO REFRESHING to have this kind of service. He is a True asset to this company!! I called Precision because they installed my garage door. I called at 11:15 and Paul came and replaced springs and my door was working by 1:00 pm. So impressed with Precision and Paul in particular.
