It was explained to me I have a Wayne Dalton system and it would cost $1,300 to replace my springs and I would come out cheaper to call Wayne Dalton. I called Wayne Dalton made an appointment and was quoted a price of $450.00 for repair. Wayne Dalton has their own patented system. If you have a Wayne Dalton door installed and don't want to convert for $1,300 call Wayne Dalton. I was charged a service fee of $40.61

Garage doors are a pain, especially when your HOA insists on an all wood door in a humid climate, but Paul at Precision made it run smoothly. I was driving in another part of the state when we talked & he made everything simple. It cost money, but it’s fixed. Door works great…just needs replacement, ultimately!

We were well-pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Greg Gray was our technician and he phoned and left a detailed message regarding his arrival time. He was prompt and thorough in his inspection process and gave a detailed analysis of our needed repairs. He analyzed the situation with our exterior pad not connecting to the remote after a new one was installed. It now works flawlessly. Our technician, Trevor Mills was outstanding! He replaced springs, motor, opener, added a key pad, replaced sensors, cable set, rollers and helped us set up the door opener option using the phone app. He was professional and accomplished all this in record time! Greg did a phenomenal job for us. We purchased two new openers and he took the time to install them correctly (no small feat since our house is 50 years old), even upgrading the buttons by the door to wifi. The components and labor were fairly priced, and the workmanship was excellent.
