Great Company! They didn't try to oversell us, we were working with a tight budget. Salesman was a really nice guy to talk to and he really cared about getting you what you wanted. We had to delay the install and that was no problem either. Today they did the install and everything went perfectly. Our technicia was friendly and did the job fast and accurate. I would highly reccomend them to anyone!

I’ve contacted Precision several times over the years and have always been pleased with their service. They replaced my opener several years ago. My most recent problem was lost hand held openers. The technician was able to program two new ones and disable the old ones. He also updated the outside wall opener and my auto. I am quite pleased. And I love that I can schedule a visit online with their app, that’s very convenient!

Had a spring replaced. Technician was friendly, helpful, and more than willing to explain why my old parts failed, and what was better about the new components being installed. The technician also showed me areas with wear, but did not push to replace these components just explain to keep an eye on them. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs garage door work.
