One of my garage door springs broke on Sunday, and I was able to schedule a repair appointment for the next day. The technician, John Patton, arrived right on schedule. He was very meticulous to ensure that he installed the appropriate spring, he replaced the cables, and tightened all the door components. Then he tested the door operation to ensure that the operation was perfect. In addition, he examined the operation of my other door and noticed that the cables needed to be replace - which was done. John was extremely professional, answered all the questions I had and completed the repairs in short order. Precision has been servicing my garage doors for years. I highly recommend them!!

Richard McCann is “The man!!!” He showed up to my residence in a very timely manner. He assessed the problem and explained all of the details to me in plain layman’s terms. We have dealt with Precision for many years and always been pleased. They installed a door for us many years ago and have done preventitive maintenance in the meantime. Garage door would sometimes not close all the way. Code lights on head unit indicated sensor problem but I could not see sensor alignment trouble and wondered if problem was in the wiring. Precision technician came and moved the light sensors up a few inches away from ground level dirt and closer to a more stable position near the track bracket. Door working fine months later. Charged me nothing because they had replaced the head unit the prior year. Thank you Precision.
