I called early in the morning about spring and cables snapped and car stuck in garage. They were able to get a tech out, Scotty Johnson between 12-4pm, however Scotty cam at 10:30am, 30 min repair checked everything and made it perfect. What amazing service all the way from call representatives to tech Scotty. Great service, product, and team

Paul called in advance, arrived on time & came ready to complete the job. He assessed situation & showed me cost & extent of several options. Then, we talked through them. He replaced opener with better quality product & stronger motor, as well as replacing spring -in time frame he had shared. He showed me how to work all aspects. He was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. I would recommend working with Prevision Garage Door co.

Paul arrived on time for a weekend call, quickly diagnosed our problem, and explained our options clearly. We ended up in a situation where we needed to replace rather than repair our unit's motor, so it was nice to get a review of the different features available on new units without any sense of pressure or upselling. Paul also took time to show me the features of the new unit once it was installed and stayed to make sure we were comfortable with its operation. This is our third experience with Precision Garage Door and we have been satisfied each time.

We found Precision Garage Door through Home Advisor and we were able to get an appointment the next day. Greg was outstanding with the work he did at our home! Greg installed new controllers, refreshed the tracks and installed new sensors. Greg was so very polite and detail-oriented. He made sure we knew how everything worked, such as the codes.
