I called Precision a little after 5pm because I had a garage door spring break. They had a tech (Evan) at my house the next morning and the springs were replaced shortly after lunch. Evan was very professional, guided me on selecting a stronger spring to extend the life, and was quick. Evan was so polite and actually a pleasure to talk to. Now my garage door works very well and is also the quietest it has EVER been. Thanks!

A spring had broken, preventing the door from opening and when we moved into our home, the 19+ year old garage system was missing the manual override and was on our list. I received a text as well as technician called and told me when he would arrive. He assessed the garage door and springs and provided several options with no sales pitch on any options. He answered my questions and installed the new springs, bearings, and rollers and was completed within an hour. Great job and opening of garage door works well and much quieter.
