Firstly they were able ti make it the same day and arrived early. Secondly Richard was awesome; friendly, good convo and explained what could be done: lastly, he could have tried to rip me off; but he didnt. He did the maintenance on it but the cost wasnt insane. The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. We called Precision and they placed us in the queue, with a 6-10 pm timeframe. Their technician, Travis, called us @2:00, and was able to make the service call earlier, which we very much appreciated. He was professional and explained the issue clearly, replacing the spring and addressing other issues as well. We were very satisfied and would hire him again without question. The service was excellent. Thank you!

It is my great pleasure to recognize the great experience I had dealing with Precision Garage Door Service and Greg the technician who installed a new garage door opener at my home. Greg arrived on schedule, and patiently explained the problem with my garage door opener and the options from which I could choose. He knew what he was doing and went about methodically replacing my old opener with the “Bog Boy” opener. He also helped me install the app to control the opener and the camera. The technician spent 10 seconds here and told he he doesn’t work on the brand of door opener that I have. I was still charged the $80 service fee. I spoke to a scheduler and the technician before the service visit and neither of them mentioned this possibility.

Had a old screw drive opener break. Called them up, and had an appointment same day. Tech called me and said we can fix that,but the opener is so old that it's just a matter of a short time before something else beaks on it. So bit the bullet and got two new belt drive units. Very happy with them, SOOOOO much quieter than the units they replaced. Would definitely recommend to others both the openers and Precision.

Excellent customer service!!! My garage door broke late on a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and was able to fix and service my garage door. I was not able to be at home so had a friend there to meet the technician. The technician called me several times to keep me informed and to review what was being done as well as the cost. Will definitely be using Precision again!!!

I gave a 4 star rating because the first installer tried to come at the wrong time and we were not home. The second guy installer,Jaxon Fisher deserves a 5 star rating. I was very pleased with the job he did and the quality of the garage doors.
