This was my first time using this company. I messed but Percision corrected the problem. Technician Tim McRae was very professional and proactive. Once he observed the damage, he began the work immediately. He assured me everything was going to be ok. Prayerfully I will not mess up again, but if I do I know who to contact. Our tech John was exceptional in every way from quickly accessing our issue, offering a range of options to resolve. We went with the more robust option after John went thru side-by-side benefits. John was very professional and didn’t pressure us to select the more expensive option but it made the most sense from a value perspective. His client service skills are at the highest level and would not hesitate to recommend him. Further I would request John personally if we have needs in the future.
