Chris was great. He came at the scheduled time. Informed before he was coming. Very pleasant, courteous man. Looked at the situation and within 15 minutes gave me three quotes which depended on what needed to be replaced and including labor. After I chose what I wanted done, Chros went to work and within 30 minutes he was done. He showed me what had been done and then tested the door with me there.

I first met Aaron Sweet who came out to provide the doors a tune-up. We quickly learned that the 25 year doors were close to the springs and wires breaking. What I appreciated about Aaron was the information (education) he provided about the doors. He never aplied any pressure and reviewed all the trouble areas with me. I did agree with his assessment and based on the provided education, I amde an informed decision that new doors and hardware were needed. There are many options which once again, Aaron was informative and allowed us to make our own decision, on style and construction grade. The experience was refreshing and would recommend the company and especially Aaron to anyone.
