Waste of $104 for the technician to come out and tell me I needed a whole new system. I advised the technician I had replaced the logic board and he proceeded to tell me it would be $1400-$1600 for a new system. No further troubleshooting was done, no diagnoses. Tech told me they were expensive and that was it. Will not be using them in the future.

Precision Garage Door Service is fantastic! Our garage door opener died due to some electrical malfunction. I made an appointment with Precision and was able to get a replacement opener installed the same day. Evan, the technician, was both super friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what broke and, after the installation, he walked me through the process of reprogramming all of the remotes and keypad. Whenever we need anymore work done on the garage door, I will absolutely be calling Precision.

Ricky was just fantastic. My garage door would not operate anymore. He explained all the options to me. There was no pressure to select one over another. I got a new motor as the old one was 13 years old. He explained maintenance to me and showed me while he oiled the door. The entire job was finished faster than I expected. Besides a new motor the door now closes quietly and smoothly instead of all the clanking and banging as before. Great service and support from Ricky Garcia from Precision!
