Just had my garage Door repaired by Richard and Scotty of Precision Door Service. I am amazed at the professionalism and quality of service. I thought I needed a new garage opener. Justin called with his arrival time and was earlier than expected. He completed the PM quickly and efficiently. Gave me plenty of pointers for doing my own PM. Also provided great input about upgrades and improvements. This is the third service call to Precision in ten years: two installs and one PM. The tech on each call was professional, timely and helpful. Could not ask for better service from Precision.

Good on Brandon! He told us what our problem was and then fixed it quickly (electrical storm fried the circuitry around the motor). He also walked us through all the new bells and whistles in the new equipment he installed. Much improved over our last one.

Richard was fantastic! Arrived early into the estimated window, reviewed the broken spring with me, and pointed out several other problematic items like bearings that had locked up. He talked through different options and their costs and explained every aspect fully and answered all our questions. He fixed it fairly quickly and got it working better than before, then walked through all his repairs and pointed out other things to consider for the future to extend the longevity of the garage door. Will definitely recommend your service to others when asked!

Greg did a phenomenal job for us. We purchased two new openers and he took the time to install them correctly (no small feat since our house is 50 years old), even upgrading the buttons by the door to wifi. The components and labor were fairly priced, and the workmanship was excellent.

I called Wayne Dalton made an appointment and was quoted a price of $450.00 for repair. Wayne Dalton has their own patented system. If you have a Wayne Dalton door installed and don't want to convert for $1,300 call Wayne Dalton. I was charged a service fee of $40.61
