Firstly, he called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointed time because he had finished early with a previous appointment. Then, he carefully evaluated the situation with my garage door opener and showed me problems I didn't even know existed, but he did not in any way pressure me to make a costly decision. He outlined several options and showed me upfront what each would cost. He did the work needed in a conscientious and efficient manner and then showed me how I could better maintain the door -- something that no one had ever done before though, through multiple moves, I've had many garage doors that undoubtedly would have benefitted from such maintenance. Garrett is both friendly and competent. I heartily recommend that you call Precision if you need garage door repair.

It's 2pm on Thursday and without warning, my garage door stopped working in the down position. Couldn't get it to go up or down. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had a technician at my house at 6:30pm. It took technician Garrett Yeager about 2 hours to replace tension springs, spring shaft bearings, door rollers and lubricate all moving surfaces. And the total cost was reasonable too. Could not be more pleased with the level of professional service Garrett Yeager provided. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for garage door maintenance, repair and installations.

We had a 0.75 hp opener and a 1.25 hp opener installed for our one car and two car garage doors, respectively. Both are Lift Masters, a highly rated brand. The two car door opener also required two new coil springs. The service reps were Scotty Johnson and Claude Wilford, who were both excellent. With decades of experience with Lift Master and garage door installations, Scotty was especially expert in every aspect of this work.

He went out of his way to answer question for me. I really did not expect such a quick response. I also found the office personnel scheduling my appointment to be professional and courteous.
