I chose your company because you were the first to pop up on google and your reviews were good. I must say I was extremely impressed with your companies customer service and professionalism . I called and spoke with a courteous customer service agent who was able to set up a same day appointment.I was told they would show up between 2 and 6. The tech was at my house by 3 which was just a little over an hour after I called. The tech called me after arriving at my home and gave me a quote, within 15 minutes. We agree on the price and he had the repairs complete before I could make it home. I will definitely refer your company to my friends and family. Thank again.

Yeah, with out even trying to open the door. The quote was $800 for a spring replacement from Precision. So, I just paid the $75 fee and got a quote from Wayne Dalton and they replaced it for $350. I know I live in Cary, but just because I'm well off doesn't mean I'm stupid with my money.

We have reviewed your account and the 25 point safety inspection which showed your spring, cable and the door balance all failed inspection. We are certainly glad the technician did not try to open your door with a broken spring as the spring is the counterbalance and the muscle of the door. The technician could be seriously injured in an attempt to do so. We are sorry you felt our price was unfair but to imply that we only quoted you a particular price because of where you live, is completely inaccurate and that is not how we treat customers. We service all of our customers equally no matter what zip code they live in or what their home might make one believe they have in their bank account. As you said, you could go to the manufacturer and get the parts cheaper but unfortunately, we cannot sell parts and install them for the price we buy them for. Thanks for your consideration in using our service.

Our technician, Greg, was amazing. He was kind, helpful and explained all the options and features of what was needed for our repair. There was never any pressure salesmanship and he was extremely kind and polite! Although there is no option to choose multiple items, we replaced the springs, rollers and the garage door opener. Greg stayed late to show us how everything worked and demo’d how to use the pull chain in case of an emergency and how to make sure we could get everything working again. I am super grateful my friend recommended this business. I will be keeping y’all in mind for my friends future needs.

After reviewing your work order, it shows you failed a handful of items on the 25 point inspection. Those items are discussed with each customer on every call and what steps/options are available to fix those issues if a customer would like that done. Mike would have discussed this with you so if you had questions about the price or work, he could have answered those questions before the work was started. We are competitive with our pricing as our parts and the service provided is top notch and we strive to make sure our customers receive five star service with every call. We do appreciate your business and hope to work with you again in the future. If you have further questions about pricing, please feel free to call the office.

Went through Angie's List and Precision called us back first. Mike was able to come out within a few hours, check out our issue and give us an estimate. Although I thought it was a high price, we needed to get the garage working again so we said ok. Mike was extremely pleasant, helpful, professional and worked hard. We then asked about installing a garage door opener and again the price of the unit was very expensive. Although we didn't get a second quote, which we all know we should, we were very happy with the outcome. Like I said, Mike was an awesome technician. But I do think the price of this job was steep although I have nothing to compare it to. Thanks!

My appointment window was for 8am-10am the next morning after I called. Scotty, called before he arrived and was very professional the whole time. He explained everything thoroughly and also took pictures inside the opener so we could see exactly what he was referring to. We ended up replacing our opener, but before doing so, Scotty gave us choices and explained the differences between each one. Thank you Scotty for taking pride in what you do and not assuming that everybody knows about garage door openers.

Let me first say our technician was wonderful. Highly recommend I needed to get two springs installed. That went great The price was $600. I consider that to be well silly I did pay it but not sure I would use these guys again They were great but the price is too high

After reviewing the ticket for your job, I see that you were quoted for two platinum, high cycle, powder coated springs. Our springs are higher quality and have a typical life span that is 3-4 times longer than springs our competitors sell. Our technicians review the quote with customers on every call before any work is done, so in case there are questions, they can get answered before work is started. If you have further questions, please call the office and we will be happy to assist you.

It is too early to write a review. I have to see if the garage doors work better and if so, for how long. I was very unhappily surprised by the bill, which was three times what I thought I had authorized. Mike, the Service Représentative was knowledgeable and answered my questions. He then recommended new ball bearings for one of the doors. I thought I had authorized $250 to be spent. My husband paid him and told me the bill was $700. That was for two doors ball bearings replacement and a tuneup. That is $450 more than what I expected and absolutely a budget killer. I am not happy. I should have required a written estimate prior to authorizing the work. He should have told us what the total estimated amount would be. Saying « I am not happy » is putting it mildly. Very mildly.

My mother referred me to precision door after being very pleased having her garage door and motor replaced. I had to have my motor replaced and I’m very impressed that not only was Uri on time but he was professional courteous and completed everything very quickly.
