Why garage door spring broke for the 2nd time and they were here in a matter of a few hours. Heavy duty spring replaced and I went ahead and changed out the door opener that had been in since day one (almost 20 yrs). Job well done. My garage door was not working. Just needed to have a lock installed. In less than an hour. My garage door could open and close, new rollers help in open and close quieter. A lot less than I thought it would be. Exceeded expectation. Professional and great customer service.

From quote to finished install was about a week! Very professional process. They replaced everything (opened, tracks, doors, even the weatherstripping seals outside). No upselling, just service. New doors look great and function much quieter and smoother than the old, outdated units that were there! Thanks for the great value and service.

We had a 2 door garage and had the center post removed and had the building contractor pit in new lvl supports and redo everything. He recommended Precision Door as the best garage door outfit to go with. Everything went flawless from the original quote, on time when they said they would do the work right until a perfect install. The door and the opener is so quiet you done even know the door is opening or closing. Clean up was impeccable. You wouldn’t know anyone was here. Right down to the stripped wire was picked up. Precision Door is the only way to go.

I had a spring break and knew I also needed my door serviced and was considering upgrading from my noisy chain drive operator. Scotty arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He explained every detail of what he recommended and why. He took time to see if I had any questions and completed the job perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with his work and the new operator. I purchased the Lift Master 8550WLB DC BATTERY B/U BELT DRIVE WIFI. Even though it was a bit pricey I feel I definitely received top notch service and a top of the line operator. Precision Door did a great job. They had an estimator come out to look at our home the same day I called. We talked through the process, the options, the costs and the timing...no surprises. It was a crazy weather day on our scheduled installation day, but our technician Jay showed up and stayed late until the job got done. He noticed a minor imperfection in one of door panels. He didn’t try to hide it, he let me know and took care of ordering a replacement. He still made sure that everything was working and operational before he left. That kind of integrity is not common. Great job! We love our new doors.
