I was fully satisfied with the service that I received from technician Aaron Sweet who came to my house to inspect a problem with our old garage door. He located the problem right away and explained to me and my wife exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He took his time both inspecting our full garage door and explaining the work that needed to be done. When he worked up our work order he explained all costs and also asked if we qualified for any discounts such as for military or teachers. Aaron did a great job and I would recommend him and Precision based on his work.

It started out strong with a quick response to my email inquiry and had someone at my house same day to check out some damage we incurred to one of our doors. Aaron showed up and inspected the damage and said he would work on a quote to replace the panel. While he was there, I also asked him about replacing panels on 3 of our detached garage doors, verbalized my wishes for window panels and he showed me some photos. I picked one that I liked and was pretty excited to have the work completed. He told me he would send the information to his guy and then text me with an update on a quote as soon as possible. I text him a couple days after his visit and didn't get a response... never heard from Precision again. After I was ghosted by Aaron, I called the previous company I had used for service (which he spoke poorly of) and they came out same day, repaired my door (without having to replace it as Aaron had suggested) and have already provided me with a quote for the work on the other 3 doors. All that to say, I was pretty disappointed in the lack of communication and service from a highly renowned business and kindly took my money elsewhere.

I had been a repeat customer so called Precision to fix my broken door spring. The technician was pleasant but the pricing was very high. Had to pay $95 to say ‘no thanks’ to the quote and had work performed by another local company for 60% of the Precision quote (which included much larger springs and both bearings).

Immediate appt. the next morning, totally positive experience. Aaron Sweet called first thing in the morning to confirm the appt. He evaluated the replacement situation and fixed the door quickly. He answered several of my questions and also stapled two wires to secure them in place. Overall was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Thanks!

Aaron S is that guy!!! I used Precision for a repair about a year ago. Yesterday, the bracket for the arm to raise the door broke off. Today Aaron quickly assessed the situation and told me what he was going to do in detail. He installed a stronger bracket but here's where the great service part came in... He checked the work done last year and determined the spring being used was not the correct one. He fixed the original issue I called for and then replaced the spring above the door. He apologized and explained since we were still under warranty on the prior repair that there would be no charge...he was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. He lubed the hinges, reinspected his work, and gave me some maintenance pointers. He was kind and knowledgeable. Precision has a repeat customer for sure. He could have upcharged me or left the bad spring cause it wasn't his problem...but he was honest and took care if the issue(s). Honesty and respect still exist. Thanks Aaron and Precision.

The estimate was several times higher than an average from other companies in the area. The recommendation included a lot of unnecessary parts replacement. I paid $101.89 for the trip for nothing! Never use your service again!
