My name is Michael Ottosen. I am a technician for Precision Garage Door Service and my garage door knowledge dates back to 2000. I enjoy working with our customers and being able to repair and sometimes even rebuild garage doors, no matter the challenge at hand. I am single with 3 children, I enjoy sports, fast cars, good food, and working hard. I keep a positive spirit and a healthy work-life balance. My core values include loyalty, service to others, and perseverance. I am truly thankful to be here working with such extraordinary people.

Michael Ottosen did a great job serving our garage door. The torsion spring and belt rail were broken. Michael arrived on time, explained the issues well, and provided me with options to consider the cost and longevity of the parts. The reapair was completed in a timeline maner with no disruption on my work schedule.

Michael Ottosen was assigned to repair my broken spring and various other issues. He was very polite and professional. I was a service Manager for 25 years with a IT company and i only wish that I had this kind of talent and courtesy working for me. He as friendly and took charge of fixing the broken spring as well as the shaft bearing. He also replace the door bottom weather strip. While the price was higher than I had anticipated, all in all, I am satisfied that I now have a very dependable and quite garage door again.

Our technician was excellent. He explained all issues associated with our garage door and explained why the repairs that he recommended were necessary. Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they had a tech Michael Ottoen here Monday morning. Michael was very knowledgeable of garage door parts and mechanics. He identified the problem and expalined options to fix the spring and replace other parts that would otherwise require replacement in the near future. Michael make the corrections and the door now functions as expected. IMichael was friendly and easy to discuss options. I recommend Presicsion to others based on this occurance.

I booked an appointment on-line. Our garage door “snapped” and fell. Michael Ottosen came on time, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and was incredibly helpful. The immediate problem was a simple fix, but he helped us decide to replace the doors with more reliable hardware and better insulation. The doors we had were contractor grade, noisy and were near the end of their working life. Great experience. Installation yet to come, but very pleased with everything so far. Definitely recommend.

Our old garage door opener finally stopped working so I called Precision. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send somebody out the next day. Michael Ottosen was on-time, called before he came, immediately recognized the problem, and explained all the options. He answered all my questions and then, after doing the work, made sure everything was working and showed me how to use everything in the new system. He is also friendly and a really nice guy. Would highly recommend the company and especially Michael O.

I called Precision at 7:30 in the morning after our garage door chain snapped when my husband was trying to leave for work that morning. The lady who answered the phone was kind and courteous, and she was able to schedule a technician to come to my house that same day between 8-12. Mike O. called when he was on his way and was at my house by 9:15 that morning. He was great to work with. He educated me on all my options as far as solutions to our problem and costs for each option, but I didn't feel pressured by him when making a decision. He wasn't just trying to sell me on something, but he gave me the details and then allowed me to choose what was best for us. He installed a new motor and openers, and he made sure I was able to program everything and sync it all up before he left. He was respectful and kind, and just overall a nice person to work with. I really appreciated his professionalism and his ability to explain everything and help me choose the best option. I also am so thankful for the speed in which Precision was able to get someone out and help us, as our garage door is so heavy to try to open and close manually! I would definitely recommend Mike O. and Precision to my friends!
