We had an early visit to address an on-going issue with our garage door from Michael Ottoman this morning. He is always on top of what is happening when we have had a door that is not working properly and we appreciate his expertise in resolving it quickly. He gave us some good advice for maintenance and resolved the problem and i still got to work on time. Thanks Michael. Good job. !!!!

I've used precision a couple of times now and will continue to. Recently, they sent Michael on a late Friday afternoon to replace a broken spring and he did a great job. He explained the options, told me what I could expect and once we agreed on the job he went straight to work. He worked efficiently and the work he did was top notch. Additionally, the cost of the repair was inline with what I expected and it came with a 7 year warranty. I have no hesitation recommending Precision Garage Door Service and will call them again if needed.

Our technician was excellent. He explained all issues associated with our garage door and explained why the repairs that he recommended were necessary. He completed the work efficiently and effectively. He also went above and beyond by helping us set up the garage door app. I think that he might have been the best repairman/technician that I have ever worked with. Thanks very much to you and to Precision.
