Excellent and prompt service. The tech, Richard, quickly accessed the problem and offered a clear breakdown of what would be absolutely necessary to fix the problem and what could be done to upgrade my garage door opener. As it turned out, the first steps were all that was needed this time saving me time and money. But when I do need a new opener, I know who to call!
Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad Richard provided prompt service and a clear breakdown of your garage door needs. We look forward to assisting you again when you're ready for an upgrade!

I called and I had someone at my house within two hours. Trevor was my technician. He was very knowledgeable about garage doors and gave me a few options for the short term fix to the long term longevity. He is also quite the salesman. Unfortunately with a little one on the way my budget is tight. So we were able to get the door fixed and at a reasonable price with a warranty. I would recommend to others. And I will use them again to finish my upgrade.
Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad Trevor was able to provide you with effective options and a reasonable solution for your garage door. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we look forward to assisting you with your upgrade in the future.
