Scotty was the technician assigned, he arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me the options of just a fixing the broken springs or a full tune up and allowed me to make the call without pushing the up sale to the full package. the work was completed quickly as he had all the needed parts on the truck.

Today I heard a beeping and found it was the garage door battery. I called your company and a technician, Scotty Johnson, was here within a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with, and quickly installed a new battery. I have had the pleasure of working with your company in the past to replace the opening coil, and a door panel. It has always been a positive experience.

First of all, most excellent response time - I called the office early in the AM - scheduled from 12 to 4. Service tech arrived later in the AM. Big thank you! Backed into the garage door, knocked 8 rollers out of the track. Mr Scotty Johnson showed up, looked at the door and determined that it was all good. Bing, bang, and a boom the double door was back on track and functioning perfectly. As an aside, the door popped one of the side finishing strips with the wind gaskets off - no sweat, Scotty stapled it back on - all's well with my door. Scotty recommended rollers with a longer shaft which will, hopefully extend the life of the door. Scotty called earlier than expected, which was a big plus. Courteous, and professional - a most awesome service representative of Precision Garage Door.

None of my garage door codes would work. Called Precision Garage and Scotty arrived the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. The garage motor printed circuit board was bad. Scotty installed a new motor head containing the circuit board and I was good to go. In addition he also made sure MyQ remote system worked. I recommend Precision.
