I've used Precision every time I had an issue with my garage doors. Good service and knowledgeable employees. But this time the price literally blew me away. Trevor mentioned a price change but this time it seem ridiculously high. $1300 to repair my wife's garage door. He wasn't at my house an hour. Again good service but the price may make me look elsewhere.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. We called Precision and they placed us in the queue, with a 6-10 pm timeframe. Their technician, Travis, called us @2:00, and was able to make the service call earlier, which we very much appreciated. He was professional and explained the issue clearly, replacing the spring and addressing other issues as well. We were very satisfied and would hire him again without question. I had garage door modified to a high lift with side opener. Ran into problems with opener and Trevor found the problem and Scott and Trevor re tuned door and replaced motor under warranty. Ya get what ya pay for and I’m glad I chose Precision. Can’t give enough stars as more are deserved

Five stars for the service rep. Professional, friendly, and fast. He did a great job. One star for the company. Was not told over the phone that a new garage door keypad to be installed would cost $250. Was also not told that I would get charged $75 just for the service rep showing up. Once he told me $250 I almost turned him away but then he said you're going to get charged $75 just for me showing up. Was told that it has to be a special type of keypad entry system and that I couldn't get one at the store. Would not recommend this company at this time. Very disappointed in their billing practices.
