Technician Tim McRae informed us that the motor needed to be replaced. He explained the cost and informed us of our options. We will decide in the coming days what we want to do. Otherwise, he was very polite and professional, and we would be happy to work with him in the future should we decide to replace the motor. He explained that the charge for today's service call would be applied against the cost of replacing the motor if we do it within 30 days.

This is the third time that I have had garage door work done by Precision, and I have been happy every time with the quality of work and service. Richard McCann arrived a little early for an emergency service I scheduled for late today (which was great). He was very personable and explained in detail all the repair work he did. I am a very satisfied customer.

Very fast scheduling. Chris was the technician. He diagnosed my issue and was able to resolve without having to resort to more expensive options. Overall I am very happy with the service. My only gripe is that he didn’t clean up after complete - just took the old materials away. Not a super big deal, but I have to ding them a star for this. Again, happy customer!

My technician Evan arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, as the door had to be manually open took a little time, however he worked quite quickly. Collected the used parts. I’m typically super busy and don’t often have time to write reviews. However, this is one rare occasion that I had to make time. Scotty Johnson was more than superb!!! Not only was he prompt, he also took the time to explain the components of my garage door and how the repair process will go. Before I could finish my morning coffee he was finished. My garage door works and sounds better than it did when it was new!! There are not enough adjectives that I can use to describe his knowledge, professionalism, workmanship and character. I wish I could rate him higher than a five star!!!!!

Chris explained the proposed work clearly which enabled me to make the best decision for my needs. Initially my intent was to have the garage door opener replaced with one that has a camera. Chris explained the type available, which was a rechargable and would require my interaction to recharge. I opted to not have the opener changed and remained with the opener that was installed last year when we had a new LiftMaster installed. Today I did opt to have the tuning service for both doors. Chris was very professional and friendly.
