Met technician Ricky Sanchez at a neighbor's house doing a garage door repair. He took the time to discuss my door issues and I gave him a call several months later. Excellent service, very professional, performed the services as discussed in a timely manner. He took the time to explain what my options were in very simple, understandable terms. I had a spring break on a Sunday night after 7 p.m. and was able to chat with someone right away through the website. I was scheduled for Monday morning, and before lunch my garage door was working again. I also received a detailed invoice showing exactly what was needed and what was done, which is wonderful for keeping household repair records. If you’re looking for a fast and professional company, you’re definitely making the right choice with this team.

Maintaining our garage doors through Precision has been a positive experience. Precision installed the garage door system with the previous owners, and it has been a great continuing relationship. Our model is one that they are phasing out as replacement parts are too expensive and difficult to obtain. All considered, they work hard to maintain our system so we don't have to do a full update.

We recently contacted Precision Garage Door Service for help with a garage door that wouldn't close. From first contact on the phone right through the problem being fixed, they were a pleasure to work with. The technician who did the repair, John Patton, arrived promptly on the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time at all. He was professional, courteous and provided us with multiple service options with estimates for each so we could decide which one fit our immediate needs as well as our budget. We selected Precision because we were familiar with their name. We called in the afternoon and Ricky Sanchez was at our house at 8 am the next morning. He inspected our doors and within two hours he had replaced one motor and other parts on one door in a very professional manner.

I found Precision Garage Door's service to be very professional, and their technicians are well prepared for all types of garage door service and repairs. Their website is very user friendly, and they are very punctual in setting up and keeping their appointments. Our technician, Luke was very well trained, answered all of our questions and did an amazing job on our 22-year-old garage door. Additionally, he was very personable easy to talk to and also demonstrated all of his work to us before leaving our home. I Googled garage doors and Precision was at the top and had 5 stars so I felt comfortable in contacting. When I called, a VERY NICE woman answered and addressed my questions easily. I am elderly thus so appreciated she spoke clear English ! I was surprised and pleased that she could send someone to my home that day. # Mr. Page Ellison was the estimator who came. He was friendly and very kind. I appreciated his knowledge as I knew nothing about garage doors. His genuine kindness and expertise is why I decided to buy a new door instead of having a neighbor try to reshape my damage.

Garrett came out to the house to replace a snapped spring. He was on time, professional, and explained different costs for repairs or optional upgrades for my consideration. I went with the spring repair for now but will upgrade at some point in the future. Garrett had all the parts available on his truck and was quick and efficient with the repair work. He shared the estimate for the work and a final invoice with pictures and an explanation of the repair. He was a really nice and friendly guy. I will request that he come back when we decide to update our older garage door system based on the experience and professionalism.

My garage door opener stopped working late in the afternoon, and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning! Richard was very polite and knowledgeable, and he was able to quickly diagnose the likely problems. I ended up with a new motor, and my door now opens and closes like a brand new door! I was very pleased with the service and professionalism, and I highly recommend that you call Precision Doors of the Triangle if your garage door opener isn’t functioning properly.
