Precision Door provided excellent service with our garage door repair, from timely scheduling of service to the prompt resolution. Richard was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. He took the time not only to diagnose the issue, but to also clearly explain the needed repair details and cost, fix the problem, and perform a thorough check and maintenance of all our garage door systems to ensure continuing smooth operation. Richard also patiently answered our many questions about any future maintenance we could do ourselves. We are very happy with the repair and service and would highly recommend Richard and Precision Door.

John and Bradley did a wonderful job on replacing my garage door opener and replaced the bottom seal on my garage door. John took the time to explain all options to me and even programmed my car to the new opener. Timely and efficient - highly recommend!

The torsion spring on my garage door broke, trapping my wife's car. Called Precision late in the afternoon and they came out in less than 24 hours. Lucas did a great job explaining what needed to be done and he made the repairs quickly to get our garage door working flawlessly. We’ve happily used Precision for our garage door service for 25+ years. The technician sent out today, Ricky, quickly diagnosed the problem we were having with our external keypad, promptly fixed it, taught us how to protect it from future weather deterioration ourselves, and then performed a thorough check of all our garage door components, lubricating every moving part to assure continued smooth operation. Whole experience was smooth from the start. Great communication with company and tech. Garrett was awesome! Had a small mechanical issue come up the night the repair was done but Garrett was right out the next day to fix it. Definitely would recommend.

My garage door stopped opening while the motor kept trying to lift it. I called Precision and scheduled a service call. Richard McCann was the technician that came to the house next day and right on time. I described the problem to him and he knew exactly what the problem was (broken spring). He provided several different options to complete the repair and was ready to complete the job the same day. Richard was very professional and transparent about what needed to be done and explained the multiple options in great detail. I will highly recommend Richard from Precision for any needs related to garage door issues or new installs. Thank you for great service.

Aaron provided quick and quality service. My garage door has had no issues for 17 years which is astonishing but it stopped working a few days ago. Aaron explained what needed to be done and explained why. It needed rollers, springs, safety cables and pulley cables. He is very professional and finished in a timely manner.
