Our garage door opener broke after 22 years and upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, the office gal, Aliysia was able to get a technician scheduled for us early the next morning. The technician, Travis Boone was prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable with the issue and the new install. Travis assisted in setting up the keypad, the app connection and the home link in my vehicle. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Had a problem with our garage door and called Precision Garage Door Service, Since I am constantly moving stuff in and out of the garage and didn't want to be stuck with the door open all night, I needed somebody to come quickly. I called at about 7:00 and Richard was there by 10:15. Turns out the problem wasn't severe and he had the system back up and running in 1/2 hour. Took a quick look at the total system to see if there were any other problems. There weren't and after a pleasant chat about Chicago, where we both grew up, he was on his way. They are definitely in my "who to call for house repair" folder for future reference.

I had a great experience with precision, garage door service, I set up An appointment online and they showed up the very next day. My garage door stopped halfway up and got stuck, and my car was locked in the garage. They came out and showed me exactly what was wrong and I asked other slew of other questions about the noise because my garage door sounded like a dying animal every time it went up and down, and they replaced the rollers with ones that had ball bearings, and the technician also offered other options for my second garage door, which had not been working for eight years. He performed most of the fixes right then and there and I was able to get my car out that afternoon. They came back the next day and installed two brand new motors and belt drives That are so quiet and wonderful. I am thrilled with their customer service, timeliness, precision, and attention to detail.

The Technician, Richard, was spectacular and explained everything with the springs and door load along with typical maintenance issues associated with direct drive door openers and where to find parts. I had the tune up package done on my 18' Wayne Dolton garage door. New rollers were installed and the door was greased and balanced. Unfortunately the technician could not change my lower rubber door seal due to it being a Wayne Dolton door (strange). So I will be going directly to a Wayne Dolton technician for that. While the price at Precision is always the highest in the area, the work , service, quality is also one of the highest in the area.

Will not use this company as they want to sell you everything under the sun. Indoor has a broken spring and they refuse to fix just the spring. Try to sell me on $1,800-$3000 worth of work. No thanks. I’m a small business owner and know this is outrageous.

My garage door wouldn't open or close this morning. After trying another service provider who said it would be several days before they could come out to take a look at it, I had an appointment for the same day with Precision. Plus 1 - Precision Chris arrived within 2 hours of the initial call for help. He identified the problem within 10 minutes: a faulty motion sensor at the base of the garage opening. He gave me a quote right then to have the sensors (there are two) replaced. We discussed other aspects of my garage door, one of which is the spring which is going on 10+ years, which Chris said is a little beyond the lifespan for this contractor/builder version. No pressure to replace it, but rather, just discussing the fact that it is at end-of-life. Plus 1 - Precision I decided to replace the spring. It is a bit pricey, but they included a discount and no-cost for the sensor(s) replacement. Plus 1 - Precision. Chris completed the work within a hour. Amazing! Plus 1 - Precision
