We had a garage door problem that needed quick attention. I was amazed to find that I could just schedule an appointment online for a Sunday! After checking in, they came before the appointed time. Luke was friendly and professional. He fixed the door efficiently and we were back in business.

We have used Precision Garage Door of Holly Springs several times over the years. Service is easy to schedule online.Travis arrived on time, and was very professional. He replaced our original (old) door opener with a new belt drive LiftMaster and adjusted our door without any issues. The new unit is very quiet and operates much smoother than the old one. Great work!

Today was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service and it was excellent. I was dealing with an unreliable and outdated garage door motor which was causing significant inconvenience and major disruption with access to our garage bay. At breakfast time I made an appointment online with Precision and within three hours a garage door technician was in my driveway. Please note that this response was on Saturday July 4th and the heat index was nearly 103 degrees! Evan Kopel listened to my concerns, asked probing questions, and offered credible options to solve my nagging problem. We chose a course of action and he immediately initiated steps to address my needs. In just three hours he completed his work, educated my wife and I on use of our new equipment, and masterfully exceeded my expectations by performing high-quality work, clear communications and very professional and personable customer service. I highly recommend PGDS, and Mr. Evan Kopel, for performing garage door repairs!

This was a good experience. A new garage door is a significant investment, but our service person did a great job of presenting options to us and finding something that looks right and fits into our budget. He also was able to temporarily seal our garage interim to the arrival of the new door. I'll have more feedback after the installation crew comes out to install our new door.

The guy who arrived didn't have the software for pricing a 20 foot door. Now almost 24 hours later I don't have a quote and no one has bothered to contact me. I think that they may have more business than they can handle.

Service was prompt and quality of work was satisfactory but felt I overpaid. If you have the time in a non urgent situation, would definitely recommend getting other quotes from companies that don't charge a fee for estimates (and there are many). Precision currently charges $95 for the service call that is waived if you go ahead with an estimated service over $250. This puts you behind the eight ball to start if you want to go elsewhere. I gave them a try given their advertising but won't make that mistake again. I should have read their 2-3 star reviews that had other customers feeling they overpaid as well.

I scheduled a consultation to see if my garage door could be modified to increase the amount of overhead clearance space available. Page and Greg were the representatives who I met with. They asked about my needs, took measurements and brainstormed different solutions to my issue. Ultimately they informed me of a very simple fix of how my garage motor could be adjusted and they offered to make the adjustment for me on the spot free of charge. Their graciousness saved me a lot of headache and time on YouTube University trying to learn how to donut myself.
