Our garage door opener was not working properly and we were able to schedule a next-day appointment (on the weekend) via the website, within a reasonably narrow time frame (2hrs). John Patton arrived promptly, provided excellent explanations of the work to be done, and was able to perform the work immediately with supplies from his truck. (We needed a new opener and new springs.) As he was performing the work, he was very knowledgeable to answer any questions I had, and he even set up the opener with our vehicles. I have no notes for John. I felt that the price was a bit high given the cost of the parts themselves, but the convenience and great service took most of the sting out of that.

I can't say enough good things about Precision Door. One of our springs had broken, and I called Precision Door just before 2pm. They were able to schedule me a same-day appointment from 4-8pm. Richard showed up by 4:30 and I had texts indicating he was on the way. The spring replacement was completed in under an hour and the garage door is now working great. Precision exceeded my expectations in having the broken spring on my garage door fully fixed within 3 hours of my first call. Thank you so much!

Technician, Ricky Sanchez, did a really good job. The existing unit was about 20 years old (install by you all) so without parts available the only choice was to replace the entire unit... such is life sometimes. Slight difference in the unit installed compared to the existing one yet nothing to be upset or concerned about.

Ricky Sanchez was the service tech that came out and installed a new door opener along with other ancillary parts for our small door (8' x 8') (see Invoice 964949008). He explained what he was doing and why in a coherent manner and we are happy with his work.

John Patton was prompt and extremely capable. I had purchased a new car and had several people try to connect the car's home link to the garage. John was able to do that and then checked my door for cracks and showed me some routine maintenance I could do myself.

I was first impressed by your ratings so I gave you a call and within 15 minutes. I had a scheduled appointment for your technician to come out for an estimate. Two hours later, he was here, he was very pleasant, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He took all the measurements we discussed my plan and he said he would get an estimate back to me probably by this afternoon. I look forward to the next step. Have not had any actual work performed as of now.

The scheduling process was smooth, and I appreciated receiving a text message with my technician’s name and photo—this made me feel confident and prepared for the visit. I have used Precision several times before and have always been satisfied. I called Sunday to set up a time for someone to come out. I was told Monday between 10-2. I called back Monday at 2:10 and was told I wasn't on the schedule. I think the girl working Sunday forgot to put it in the schedule, she repeated address, phone number , email and time. I waited all that time when I had other things I could have done. Aaron was fantastic and very polite. If needed I will use Precision again.

We were very impressed with the customer service. Evan Kopel arrived the day after our call. He is very impressive, personable & knowledgeable. We had expected we would need a new garage door since the door was installed when the house was built in 2000. Evan inspected the door/mechanism and offered us 3 choices to repair the door. He did the work we approved, quickly & efficiently. The door now operates like a new door, no more clunking! Thanks to Evan and the folks at Precision for their prompt and efficient service. It was a pleasure having Ricky Sanchez come to our house and work on our garage door which needed new springs. He didn't pressure us into purchasing other items.
