When the spring broke, my first thought was to call Precision. The ads on TV were helpful. I called Saturday morning at 9:37 and got an appointment for 1:00-2:00 which was much appreciated. Arrived on time and completed quickly completed repairs. Evan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what needed to be done to replace the springs, pricing, etc., and then made the repairs.

Ask the customer what manufacturer of the door is before dispatching a tech. $100 to be told they don’t work on that should have been free.

Scotty was super knowledgeable and gave us some great advice about our garage door. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need, but rather told me a few things I could do myself to keep the garage door working for several more years. His goal was to help us, not to make the most money possible, and I greatly appreciated this. I will definitely call these folks for whatever other garage door needs I have.

I was overall very pleased with the service received. Our assigned technician, Garrett, was very easy to work with, clearly explained his assessment and helped me in making an informed decision on how to proceed with the needed repairs, which he completed in a very short amount of time! Had a torsion spring snap on 16' door making it inoperable. I called Precision late pm, within minutes I had an appointment for the next day. Garrett, the technician showed up to our home, accessed the issue, came up with multiple quotes based on our needs. He then started process, took old springs off, put new HD ones on. He added in new end and center bearing assemblies, and also replaced all of the rollers with HD metal/nylon rollers with built in bearings. Less than 2 hours from start to finish. Great job, Garrett was very knowledgeable,, efficient service. I'm very happy. Would highly recommend Precision for future referrals.

Completely satisfied with repair and service done on our garage doors. Had an inoperable door, Precision came out same day, diagnosed the problem and returned the next day with all the parts to resolve. Our tech, John Patton, was thorough, explained everything, repaired and tuned up the door and another one as well, and was efficient, effective and a pleasure to deal with. We will use Precision for all our garage door needs going forward.

Service for my garage door was done.. charged me 79.00 dollars for a 10.00-12.00 garage door opener ( a 60.00 dollar up charge). The technician was pleasant with trying to sell other services. The service charge is outrageous also, very expensive.

Richard Sanchez replaced our broken garage door with amazing efficiency. He was thorough and worked tirelessly to get our door back on track in a short period of time. I was able to schedule an appointment the very next morning after one of my springs broke late afternoon. Brian was professional, and thorough - he identified some additional issues with my door (cables) in his assessment, walked me through everything he found, what my options were, and completed the job efficiently. I called the first Web search hit for "Wake Forest garage door repair" last minute on a Friday afternoon with an emergency request and the entire engagement was handled with absolute courtesy and professionalism. Jeff showed up well within the timeline promised and was not only able to fix my problem but educated me on the root cause. He also provided me with 3 options across various fee structures without pressuring me to pick this highest one which was certainly appreciated. I will definitely be using Precision for annual maintenance and upkeep moving forward. As far as I am concerned, Precision sets the standard for honest, reliable and affordable door solutions. Whatever Precision is paying Jeff, it's not enough.

The technician, Evan, was outstanding. He first researced the problem so, based on the age of the doors, he could make appropriate repair and service recommendations. He not only efficiently repaired the door, but also make good and appropriate recommendations for the other door, to help prolong the life of the doors and prevent or at least reduce the chance of future problems. He shared several options, explained them thoroughly and did not try to "upsell" us. We were able to select the best option that fit our needs and budget. The doors both now open and close almost inaudibly. Highly recommend Precision Door as they gave the same thorough service late on a Saturday afternoon as they would have given if we had been the first service call on a Monday morning.
