Scotty let me know when he was on the way (called for an emergency service call 2 hours prior) and did a great job. Our garage door did not open and close as smoothly when the house was new as compared to now. Showed me all my options and the heavier duty parts they use compared to the factory install of the door. We spent a few mins chatting about maintenance and he knows his craft, I learned a lot and appreciate him and Precision’s service and would highly recommend - as he said, they may not be the cheapest but they are going to do the job right
