They were able to accommodate me just 2 hours after this phone call! Scotty came out and explained the issue and how to resolve it. Thomas B. arrived exactly at the time he said he would, did a thorough inspection of our door and motor and the busted spring and then explained 3 options. There was no pressure on which option to choose. We selected the best option for us and Thomas gave us the time frame it would take him to complete the repairs, as well as standard maintenance that we needed. He completed the repairs in the time frame he had given us and we are extremely happy with the results!

Richard came out to look at my best option. Repair or replace. We both agreed to replace. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Within two days the installation crew of two, Luke and Edward, came and in about 3 hours completed my doors. Both were very hard workers and nice. I am very pleased.
