I called Precision after lunch and by 2:30 they had a tech there (same day!) Scotty Johnson examined the door, explained the (many) problems it had and gave me my options. We've decided it's best to replace the door and it will be done early next week. In the meantime, Scotty repaired the door so that it's operational until the new door arrives. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Andy did a great job of explaining what needs to be done and offered a reasonably priced solution. He was also very polite and professional. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a return visit to take a look at the placement of the rubber on the bottom of the door, which has been some time already.

A single door spring was broken and booth cables. They said all the rollers needed to be replaced. Also the other garage double door needed all the rollers replaced and both cables. They were very knowledgeable and said the doors needed to be serviced every two years. I would have given them 5 stars but I think 1,800$ is a bit high.

Very pleased with our new garage door opener. Evan came out to troubleshoot a problem and started with a tune-up. He showed us a problem with our existing drive that led us to installing a new unit. He was able to get it installed in about an hour. It's been installed for a week and works perfectly. Pleased all around - they responded quickly to our initial request, Evan was clear about what he would do and what it would cost, and the work was done well.
