Our garage door stopped working late Saturday and I called not expecting anyone to answer. I was surprised but I explained the problem and got an appointment for Monday morning. I'm in a motorized wheelchair and I need the garage door to work otherwise I can't get outside. The technician arrived on time and replaced the springs and rollers in 2 hours. I heartily recommend Precision Door.

The torsion spring broke on Sunday We called Precision and received an appointment for Monday. For some reason, we could not open the door manually so our cars were trapped in the garage. Evan Koplan called in advance to let us know he would arrive at the appointed time. He was pleasant, evaluated the unusual situation calmly and studiously. He then explained what had happened and what our options were. Then he went to work. He was patient and considerate with our questions. We rate Evan the tops.

We had to get the motor and springs replaced and Justin was able to come out quickly and replace them in a little over an hour. Everything works great and the pricing is good as well. I will definitely call again for any other garage door needs.

The spring mechanism in the garage door broke around 5:00 pm on a Saturday resulting in our garage door to become stuck in an open position just before a major thunderstorm. Brandon Mills was out to our place by 8:30 pm and replaced the entire spring system in 40 mins. His professionalism, work ethic, politeness (he was very nice to my young boy who wanted to see the entire repair) was exemplary.
