Precision Garage Door Company, who istalled two beautiful garage doors last year, and came out to my home promptly when I called to report that one door, having been giving me fits with opening and closing over a couple of weeks, suddenly through-off a piece attached to the metal framework. That’s when I called the company and they responded the next day. When does THAT ever happen?! Evan, the technician who arrived to put all back in order, quickly saw the problem and solved it, while teaching me a few things about the doors. He was excellant — personable, friendly and perservered to arrive in heavy rain, being stalled on the highway behind three traffic accidents. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and excellant response to someone as clueless about mechanical things as I am! Thank you, Evan and Precision Garage Doors!

Prompt arrival with advanced notice. Andy was great explaining my options and showing me where my door also needed work due to it's age. All products offered in a replacement of opener were shown to me with their prices and features. Andy is a great salesman; HAHAHA!! Work area was clean when he finished. My ONLY complaint is that the prices are high! Have'nt had to have this type of work done in a long time; wow, how things have gone up. I had been a repeat customer so called Precision to fix my broken door spring. The technician was pleasant but the pricing was very high. Had to pay $95 to say ‘no thanks’ to the quote and had work performed by another local company for 60% of the Precision quote (which included much larger springs and both bearings).

We replaced our existing garage door about 2 years ago, using Precision. We were very satisfied with the results then and have not add any trouble until just a few days ago. Precision made an appointment for early the very next day, Andy, the technician arrived prompted at the scheduled time, listened to my explanation of the problem, and quickly made some minor adjustments that fixed the problem. He patiently explained what he did and why it should fix the problem. He waited while I walked through several tests to confirm things were now working properly. I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of their excellent reviews online! It was very easy to schedule an appt and describe the issues I was having. John Patton was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the problems and offered several solutions with pricing differences. Ended up needing new springs and also got new rollers. Discovered the motor was also burned out unfortunately for me. He explained everything in detail but let the final decision be mine which I respected. He was fast but very thorough! He was also patient with me when helping me download the “My Q” app and walked me through every step. Highly recommend him and this company! Top notch!!!!!
