He was very knowledgeable and efficient in repairing the garage door and even suggested an additional part to reinforce the middle of the door. Even though we didn’t add the addition to our repair bill, he was nice enough to tell us where we could purchase an alternative to provide some support. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me an appointment that same morning . Alex was able to be at our house within an hour. He was pleasant and nice and took the time to look over everything. He not only explained what the problem was, he took the time to show me exactly what he was talking about to ensure I was not being mislead. We even purchased and installed a new opener while he was here even though the old one probably would of given us a few more years out of it. Alex never pushed anything on us. Richard did a great job. Knew exactly what the problem was within a few seconds of looking at the garage door. Fixed it better than what it performed like before we drove into the bottom of the door as it was opening throwing it off kilter. Fixed a couple of bends the kids put into the tracks over the years with skateboards etc. 100 percent would use them again and will be requesting Richard.

I highly recommend John from Precision Garage Doors, the technician who came to address broken hinges on my garage door. He listened to my concerns about making sure the repair looked uniform. He was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Since I wanted all of the hinges replaced, he had to make a second trip. He stayed in touch and delivered as promised. If John is your technician, you will be extremely happy with his work and professionalism.

Service technician, Richard McCann came to our home on 7/11/24 to replace the Belt Rail on our opener. He called before he arrived and advised that he would be at our home in 10 or 15 minutes and he was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem efficiently along with checking other issues (spring tension, etc.) . The thing that I especially liked is that he spoke so kindly about his company and how well they had treated him. I really liked this type of comment as I think it is unfortunately atypical of a lot of people in the workforce today. Good job Precision Garage Door !

Called because I had a torsion spring snap. I was told $95 for service fee plus $150-300 for a replacement torsion spring. Ended up with a $1600+ invoice. Go somewhere where they are completely up front on costs before any work is started. I do not recommend this business. My family felt completely taken advantage of.

Alex arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok) and quickly assessed our needs. He ended up also doing a full renovation of the springs and rollers to enhance the performance and lifetime of the new opener. The garage was cleaner than when he arrived at the end of the process and he made sure I had fully set up all the peripheral devices and network connections. I could not have been more pleased with the results.
