Brandon Mills from the Morrisville, NC Precision location is such a professional! He came to my home expeditiously prior to the scheduled time because he understood my concern for my safety, our home, and that I had a drastic emergency. My garage door was open with error messages for over eight hours without me knowing until my neighbor alerted me of their concern. Brandon Mills was so reassuring and helped to deescalate my fears such that I was able to, listen to all of his feedback and instructions as he fixed our garage issue. I don't know what I would have done if I did not have Brandon Mills as the technician who came to my house. I really appreciate him and believe that he has a platinum star in my book for his great service, attentiveness, and ability to be understanding for his customers. If anything, I want to ensure that other customers, and the leadership team at Precision know that I want to continue business with your company as our dealer, and I appreciate all that you do to find excellent staff members like Brandon. Precision repaired my garage door. They were able to fit me in on the same day I called. I was so happy about this especially since my neighbor, who called a different company, said she had to wait almost a week for the other company to fix her door. The repairman from Precision was prompt, professional and did an excellent job.

My garage door motor quit the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I called the company who installed it for service. I was told the service center would be closed until Monday and to call back. After a quick search of other options, I came across Precision and gave them a call. A very helpful person answered and said she could schedule a repair for that Friday between 8-12p. Richard McCann called about 8:30 to say he was on his way and arrived about 15 minutes later. He was personable, knowledgeable and very professional in going over my options for repair. We agreed on a motor/springs combo and the repair was done in less than 90 minutes. As others have commented, the markup on these items were ridiculous. However, I realize I am not simply paying for the parts but the labor, quality of work, service and my TIME. So, to have a daily necessity replaced professionally, by a quality technician in less than 90 minutes for the price I paid evens out in my mind. Great experience with Precision and will definitely call Richard again if future service is needed!

After seeing your TV ad, I immediately called Precision. A technician showed up the same day! When Scotty Johnson arrived, i explained the problem. He offered three or four options. Since I didn’t want a “bandaid,” I choose option #2. While it seemed pricey at first, I came to realize quality work comes at a price. Scotty got the job done and answered all my questions. He is a super star!! Thank you so very much. I’ll be sure to refer my neighbors.

Excellent service and response. Technician arrived right on time and 2 hours after we called on a Saturday afternoon Evan presented and explained three options on quote. He then installed new springs and all moving components, bearings, rollers etc. Very satisfied with response and work completed.

Fabulous service! Friendly, knowledgeable inspection of our old (broken) door - clear alternatives laid out. Hugely helpful installation service that went that extra bit above and beyond that will make me want to call them back next time. (And FAST!!!!! Our new garage door was up and running about 24 hours from the time we first called! OK, OK, I know everybody is not lucky enough to have a last-minute cancellation fall into their laps like that, but...)

Our old garage door opener finally stopped working so I called Precision. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send somebody out the next day. Michael Ottosen was on-time, called before he came, immediately recognized the problem, and explained all the options. He answered all my questions and then, after doing the work, made sure everything was working and showed me how to use everything in the new system. He is also friendly and a really nice guy. Would highly recommend the company and especially Michael O.
