The hinge on our garage door broke and we had to manually close and open it. We called Precision and they came out the very next day. They assessed the issue and showed us our options, which we appreciated. They also reinforced the other loose hardware that we didn’t realize were loosed. The service guy (Richard) was friendly, professional, and quick.

Second time we have used Precision. First time the spring broke on our two car garage. This time the door was struggling and looked like it was getting stuck when it first started opening. Tim arrived at the earliest part of the window, on a Saturday, which as someone who works Monday through Friday having the availability of weekends is amazing. He explained what he was seeing and offered resolutions ranging from just a tune up to multiple levels of replacements. Tim was polite, friendly, professional and very efficient as he said the replacement will take about 1.5-2 hours and he was right on time. He assisted in programming our vehicles as well as the remotes you clip on your visor. Over all great experience. Very pleased with Precision from start to finish.
