My service technician today (3/14/2023) was Andy. Andy is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and very polite. I request Andy every time I do garage door work or maintenance. Our tech John was exceptional in every way from quickly accessing our issue, offering a range of options to resolve. We went with the more robust option after John went thru side-by-side benefits. John was very professional and didn’t pressure us to select the more expensive option but it made the most sense from a value perspective. His client service skills are at the highest level and would not hesitate to recommend him. Further I would request John personally if we have needs in the future. I’m very pleased with the service, fair pricing and promptness of scheduling. Thanks to the entire support team.

Travis was up front and honest about the problems that actually were much bigger than originally thought. He fully repaired ALL the underlying issues that caused the original problem. The door actually operates better than when the house was built in 2015.

I would give Scotty a a sixth star! Scotty was on time, professional, and called ahead to make sure he had the proper parts. When he arrived, he was knowledgeable about the problem with the trim. Best of all, he had a practical solution. Finally, he offered advice on a surge protector for the motor: a recommendation demonstrating his professionalism.

This was my first time using this company. I messed but Percision corrected the problem. Technician Tim McRae was very professional and proactive. Once he observed the damage, he began the work immediately. He assured me everything was going to be ok. Prayerfully I will not mess up again, but if I do I know who to contact.
