I called the first Web search hit for "Wake Forest garage door repair" last minute on a Friday afternoon with an emergency request and the entire engagement was handled with absolute courtesy and professionalism. Jeff showed up well within the timeline promised and was not only able to fix my problem but educated me on the root cause. He also provided me with 3 options across various fee structures without pressuring me to pick this highest one which was certainly appreciated. I will definitely be using Precision for annual maintenance and upkeep moving forward. As far as I am concerned, Precision sets the standard for honest, reliable and affordable door solutions. Whatever Precision is paying Jeff, it's not enough.

The technician, Evan, was outstanding. He first researced the problem so, based on the age of the doors, he could make appropriate repair and service recommendations. He not only efficiently repaired the door, but also make good and appropriate recommendations for the other door, to help prolong the life of the doors and prevent or at least reduce the chance of future problems. He shared several options, explained them thoroughly and did not try to "upsell" us. We were able to select the best option that fit our needs and budget. The doors both now open and close almost inaudibly. Highly recommend Precision Door as they gave the same thorough service late on a Saturday afternoon as they would have given if we had been the first service call on a Monday morning.

Precision Door provided excellent communication throughout the process. Was very happy that Precision Door could have someone out the same day to fix the problem. I was contacted prior to the visit by the technician, Aaron, (who provided a nice profile so that I would recognize him as he came on our property). Aaron reviewed the situation and provided multiple quotes for solutions to the issue. We selected the solution and he installed the new unit. He thoroughly tested the unit, remotes and keypad to insured complete satisfaction of the installation. We really appreciate his attention to detail throughout the process and explaining in detail what the solution would be and how it would resolve the issue. Overall, it was an excellent experience and met our expectations.

I would have given Precision five stars but I felt like I was oversold on services I didn't need. I'm too nice, a sucker even, and don't push back when I need to. I was having some noise coming from my garage door and all it needed was a new bracket ($35). I was informed by the technician that I needed a new weather seal ($255) and talked into a "tune up" ($150). The prices "may" be fair but I didn't really need either. I know they train their guys to oversell stuff but don't be greedy and go overboard. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family. They have high quality materials and knowledgeable service technicians. But I would be sure to tell them to watch what they try to sell you.

Great experience! Called Tue afternoon, Tim shows up at 8am the next morning to replace our 27-year-old, dried-out, brittle garage door bottom seal that was missing a 2-foot section that had cracked & broke off, leaving an opening for critters. The old seal didn't cooperate with the extraction, but Tim was able to promptly remove it, then installed a new retaining rail and bottom seal (new seal would not fit in the old retainer), all in less than an hour. We now have a completely sealed the garage door again. Yay, no more mice & snakes in the garage :-).

Aaron S is that guy!!! I used Precision for a repair about a year ago. Yesterday, the bracket for the arm to raise the door broke off. Today Aaron quickly assessed the situation and told me what he was going to do in detail. He installed a stronger bracket but here's where the great service part came in... He checked the work done last year and determined the spring being used was not the correct one. He fixed the original issue I called for and then replaced the spring above the door. He apologized and explained since we were still under warranty on the prior repair that there would be no charge...he was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. He lubed the hinges, reinspected his work, and gave me some maintenance pointers. He was kind and knowledgeable. Precision has a repeat customer for sure. He could have upcharged me or left the bad spring cause it wasn't his problem...but he was honest and took care if the issue(s). Honesty and respect still exist. Thanks Aaron and Precision.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very dishonest. Tried to charge me over $2k to replace springs on my double size garage door. Another company charged me just a fraction of that. Also, they try to box you in by charging $99 (non-refundable) just to show up, and charge you an additional 3% if you pay with credit card. They may delete this review from their website. If not, please beware and shop around instead
