Great overall service. The service tech’s was friendly and professional. The service was completed quickly and correctly. I did not have to wait for my service appointment. My replacement system was a little pricey in my opinion, but better than than the original system that came with the house that was built in 2005.

At 0600 on Friday approximately my garage door became off track. I had just pulled out of the , igarage enroute to work. I had to leave the garage open. Not knowing and garage service I Google search and Precision appeared. An appointment was made for later that day, Chris a service tech called enroute to the house at approximately 1330 hrs. His professionalism in completing the repair solved the problem in less than two hours after I gave him permission based upon the options he gave [there was three to choose from.] Based upon my experience I would recommend Precision to anyone who asked for a recommendation.

We were very satisfied with our experience. We had a garage door malfunction that occurred at 3:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon, in which the door was halfway closed and jammed so that we could not get our cars out. I went to Precision's website which was easy to use to schedule service that same afternoon. The technician arrived as scheduled, was knowledgeable and courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave us a quote for the work to repair the door with options. We elected to go with the "best" option because our door was old and had not been serviced in a long time. He completed the repair work that afternoon and our garage door was up and running again.

Yesterday Andy Maynard and his assistant arrived to address a problem with my garage door operation. I briefed them on the current problem and the past history of door services. With that information Andy inspected the door system and provided me with several proposals to resolve the issue. I questioned him on each proposal and choose the one that best suited me. At no time did I feel pressured to go one way or the other. After the decision was made they went right to work and had the job done in short order. I was impressed with Andy's knowledge and his willingness to listen to and answer all my questions.

I found your company through Google! When scheduling an appointment it was really easy and quick! No problems during this process. The technician (Richard) arrived promptly and was knowledgeable. This was my initial appointment and dealings with this company. I was able to upgrade the equipment necessary for garage doors to properly open and close. My doors are 8 years old and had not had any problems as of yet! But I had been hearing a different noise when raising and closing garage doors. Prayerfully I received great and accurate service that should carry me for several years to come! Several neighbors approached technician while he was working and hopefully they will be future customers. Thank you!!

John came out the very next day after I called. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced both keypads on our two garage doors. They were 20 years old and working great. I also had some other questions that he was able to answer. Very nice person. John made sure the garage doors were working and we tested them multiple times before he left. He explained the work that he was doing and the price was very much in line with what was quoted in the estimate when I called to schedule the appointment.

I could not believe that I got someone out SAME DAY and they were competent and friendly and fixed the issue on the SAME day! I called another place first and was told 4 days after digging thru their phone tree for over 5 minutes. Andy and another man showed up in no time and did a great job.
