Today Brian arrived at my residence and was professional in his approach. He and I quickly deduce the inadequate performance of the previously tech Boah Craven. Boah came to remedy and correct the issue but wind up staying for Five hours to just say that I need a new garage door. Mind you that there was NO damage to my existing door panels. The issue was that the infrastructure need addressing. Nothing else. To make a long story short Brian arrived May 13, 2026, around 0900 deduced what had taken place previously and called his supervisor to relay what he and I discuss. Bottom line was Boah had avoided the correct repair and came to the conclusion that he could not repair my door, but to save his effort he would offer total replacement. Some deal. Brian corrected everything, door works as before and to Precision Garage Door Service please ensure Tech can offer the minimal cost, repair and time and effort.
