From first telephone contact with precision door to job being completed job well done. They actually came out and measured the door unlike the others I contacted. The others just wanted to know size of door by taking my word. At each appointment time the guys called to state that they were in enroute. They all semed to be knowledgeable about their work and friendly. I having limited tools and skills I am more than pleased with job. Maybe I should get an application and become a team player.

I would give zero if I could. Quoted $1995 to replace springs and other components. When I asked to just replace springs he said the parts alone would be $1000. So having just replaced springs in our other house for $200 I said we would investigate before going forward Called Wayne Dalton who quoted $560 for upgraded springs with 5 year warranty. The moral of this story is run from Precision.

Previous service and I purchased my current garage door from them. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is my repair order was not completed on the first 2 occasions because of a "computer glitch". On the 3rd try I got a repair tech. Justin, showed up on time. Did a detailed description of what needed to be done. Plus gave us other options to discuss. Since the opener was over 16 years old, instead of putting a band aid on it we decided to completely replace it. We could not be happier. Justin made this work and decision seamless. I would 100% recommend using Precision. In this day and age when customer service seems to be lacking. Other companies should mimic what Precision does and it would lead to a good deal more business and fully satisfied customers.
