I love that the salesman had samples of the garage doors. I knew I wanted an insulated door, but I didn’t realize how different they were. Everyone was friendly and professional. The installers knew exactly what they were doing. The new door is really quiet and smooth and makes a big difference in the temperature of the garage. (We previously insulated the garage, so with that and the new insulated garage door we are very happy)

I reached out to Precision Door, and was offered a same day appt, (which I was not able to take), they were able schedule me out a few days which fit my schedule, and the tech Andy was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, immediately knew why the issue was, had the parts readily available on his truck for repair, and was able to explain everything to me, so that I understood what needed to happen and why it should not remain in that condition.
