I looked up garage door repair in my area, found Precision and read the reviews, they were all good, so I called to schedule a repair. I was very pleased with my service and the technician’s openness and honesty. Showed me, and explained in detail what needed to be done. Left broken parts so my husband could see them and told me to tell my husband to call him on his cell phone if he had any questions. Garage door is working perfectly! Thank you!

Just had my garage Door repaired by Richard and Scotty of Precision Door Service. I am amazed at the professionalism and quality of service. I thought I needed a new garage opener. Long story short, Richard and Scotty found out the issue was the spring assembly. They fixed my door in no time. I definitely recommend Precision Door Service. Very trustworthy team. Oh, by the way, expect a call to remind you of the time when expect to arrive. They are very punctual.

Also provided great input about upgrades and improvements. This is the third service call to Precision in ten years: two installs and one PM. Good on Brandon! He told us what our problem was and then fixed it quickly (electrical storm fried the circuitry around the motor). He also walked us through all the new bells and whistles in the new equipment he installed. Much improved over our last one.
