My house was built in 2013 -- garage door itself is like new and not the problem but the hardware associated with it over time failed (normal wear and tear usage). Spring broke late evening and I called (Holly) at Precision she was excellent, listened to my problem and scheduled me for the next day. Chris arrived in a timely manner after calling me per my request 30 minutes prior to arrival at my home for the repair. He not only identified the obvious broken spring but visually showed me other areas that needed immediate attention (very in depth visual inspection and eye opening to myself). Replaced everything recommended by this very knowledgeable Technician and Very Satisfied with the out come. Chris not only made my door operate smoothly and quietly that day but gave me a (FREE) eyes on inspection 1 year from the date of repair to insure all repairs were holding to their value. Being retired military (cross the T's dot the I's) and working currently at a major car dealership (Facility Manager position) -- I was impressed at the training and knowledge of every department I delt with at Precision -- High recommendation of this company to anyone that needs any garage door service, repair or replacement. THE PRICE WAS JUSTIFIED TO THE AMOUNT OF REPAIR -- Thank You Presision

He does a great job and leaves things neater than when he started. We were so impressed with this company. I had previously called a different one and they quoted me a ridiculous price for parts to be replaced. Richard showed up, looked at the issue and quoted us a price to replace what we had. Cheaper than the other company and could do the work right away. Chris s, arrived on Sunday, I am aid the weekend fee. Chris fixed the problem, then showed a soon to be bigger problem. We , decided to fix the bigger issue at this time. We have been told that this door would need a major repair someday. The builder used the cheapest way to hang and install the garage door.

Tried to rip me off. Said my door needed to be replaced for $4100. Another place quoted only $2500 to replace the door. I called the guys who put the door in when the building was built. Replaced one damaged panel for $740. Lost my $100 for the service call. Shop around, everyone!
