I would not recommend using this company. I found their pricing to be exorbitant to other competitors for a spring change. Additionally the tech left a mess in my garage and chipped in to the drywall. He made no effort to clean up or repair the damage to the wall. For paying well over a thousand dollars, I would have expected better service. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours to repair our garage. If you are looking for immediate service, they can be helpful but be prepared to pay a premium

We recently moved to NC. Our house here has a Precision door opener. It worked fine our 1st 6 months here, but then it became stuck open. We called because after trying several things ourselves, we couldn't get it to close. I looked up and called your company and was happy that a technician could come same-day. Tim soon arrived and worked through correcting our problem and helped preform some needed general maintenance as well. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all our questions on how best to do routine lubrication of the system, and how often a professional check-up and maintenance visit should be done. Would use Precision Garage Door again.

We have a newly built home and after 3 years I woke up this morning to a broken garage spring. I called the company who installed the system only to be told that the next service call would be mid next week, which was unacceptable! I’ve worked with Precision Garage Doors back in New York and know them to be of the highest quality. I gave them a call and was informed that they would be out within a couple of hours. Our tech was Tim McRea who was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options for me to select from which fixed the problem. This will once again be my go to company for solutions!

Once we had a plan, he did all of the work quickly and efficiently. Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they had a tech Michael Ottoen here Monday morning. Michael was very knowledgeable of garage door parts and mechanics. He identified the problem and expalined options to fix the spring and replace other parts that would otherwise require replacement in the near future. Michael make the corrections and the door now functions as expected. IMichael was friendly and easy to discuss options. I recommend Presicsion to others based on this occurance.
