Are old opener stopped working on Friday afternoon. Having seen many commercials on TV for Precision I called them and they were able to have a service tech here on Saturday. The old unit was unrepairable. The tech installed a new LiftMaster in less than 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable about the product and getting us setup with the phone app. His workmanship was very professional and neat. We are happy we called Precision.

I prayed first and asked God to help me in the process of finding the right door company. Precision was the first of 3 selected. I had done some research and generally expected a certain price range. Their sales rep John was attentive to our needs of slightly odd size doors, checked with his supplier to make sure they could deliver, wrote an estimate on site which was very important to me. Called him after 2 days, he responded quickly, we wrote contract, paid deposit. In 2 more days we had email from Sophia, doors were ordered and scheduled install date. I confirmed with her the odd size which she replied in email. Doors arrived as scheduled. Luke and Edward were the installers. They were Precision employees. Their work was clean, precise and professional.

A big shout out to Thomas for a great job replacing our torsion spring and bearings. He has a good mix of technical and interpersonal skills. He was engaging and pleasant to work with. On Friday March 1st, my wife and I were leaving for Florida, partly for a vacation and partly to leave the house empty for an Open House managed by our real estate agent. As i was backing out of the garage i failed to notice that the right rear passenger door was open, and I backed into the garage door frame, damaging the door track and now unable to be closed. We called precision from our car who came within 3 hours of our call. They, long with our great agent and a neighbor, diagnosed the problem and arranged for a final repair the following Monday. Precision worked cooperatively with the agent and our neighbor to make sure the repair was done! Hats off to Precision for exceptional service!

So very impressed with punctuality and professionalism of employees.
