I had excellent service from Precision when I resided in St Louis, so i called them here in Raleigh when i wanted a routine maintenance done on my door. They arrived as scheduled, we discussed what I wanted done. The tasks were completed in a timely manner and now the garage door no longer sounds like the sound effect for the door of a haunted house when it opens and closes.

We would like to commend Tim McRae and the company he represents , Precision Garage Door Triangle, for the prompt, professional and honest service we received today. One of our garage doors failed to open even though the motor was running. When Tim arrived and inspected the equipment, he promptly noticed that the “emergency disconnect” attached to the opener trolley had been manually disengaged. Tim proceeded to reconnect it and tested the system which worked perfectly. He asked if we had other concerns which we did not and charged us only the service call. Needless to say, we were thankful that this was the only issue. His honesty and good humor made our day! When it is time for further service, we WILL contact Precision Garage Door-Raleigh again!

My garage door opener stopped working late in the afternoon, and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning! Richard was very polite and knowledgeable, and he was able to quickly diagnose the likely problems. I ended up with a new motor, and my door now opens and closes like a brand new door! I was very pleased with the service and professionalism, and I highly recommend that you call Precision Doors of the Triangle if your garage door opener isn’t functioning properly.

My neighbor highly recommended Precision and I called in the morning and Aaron Bean responded two hours later. He reviewed my problem (door off track) and explained how he planned to fix it. He also suggested a tune up and replaced the bottom rubber. I agreed and within the hour the door was as good as new. Quick response, excellent communication skills and quality work.
